| heal.abstract | Η πρώιμη ζωή και ανάπτυξη των νηπίων μέχρι και την ένταξή τους στο σχολικό περιβάλλον είναι μείζονος σημασίας. Οι οικογενειακές και κοινωνικές ανάγκες επέβαλαν τη δημιουργία ειδικών μονάδων που θα εξυπηρετούν τους εργαζόμενους γονείς για την βέλτιστη ανάπτυξη των παιδιών τους ώστε αυτά να είναι ασφαλή και να αποκτήσουν τα απαραίτητα προσόντα για την σωστή εξέλιξη τους. Το πέρασμα του χρόνου επηρέασε την λειτουργία αυτών των μονάδων φροντίδας τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και στο εξωτερικό. Οι μεταβάσεις της πολιτικής σκηνής της χώρας συμπαρέσυραν και την αλλαγή στην λειτουργία των παιδικών σταθμών. Το προσωπικό και ο χώρος όπου λειτουργούν οι παιδικοί σταθμοί πρέπει να ανταποκρίνονται στον κανονισμό λειτουργίας που κάθε φορά ισχύει. Το δημογραφικό ζήτημα δημιουργεί προβλήματα όχι μόνο στους παιδικούς σταθμούς που έχουν σαν κύριο σκοπό την εξυπηρέτηση των μικρών παιδιών, αλλά και στην Ελληνική κοινωνία γενικότερα μιας και η συσχέτιση γεννήσεων θανάτων τα τελευταία χρόνια στην Ελλάδα έχει αρνητικό πρόσημο. Μελετώντας τη λειτουργία των παιδικών σταθμών στην Πρέβεζα μέσα από συνεντεύξεις με άτομα που εργαζόταν από τα πρώτα χρόνια λειτουργίας των παιδικών έως και τα πιο πρόσφατα χρόνια παρατηρούμε ότι η εξέλιξη είχε και θετικά και αρνητικά στοιχεία το θετικό είναι η μικρότερη αναλογία παιδιών προσωπικού το αρνητικό είναι η ανασφάλεια που υπάρχει στα άτομα που εργάζονται με προγράμματα χρηματοδότησης ΕΣΠΑ, που εξαρτάται η εργασία τους από το αν θα συνεχιστεί το πρόγραμμα ή όχι αλλά και ο περιορισμός στο ηλικιακό εύρος που εξυπηρετούν οι παιδικοί σταθμοί, παλαιότερα ήταν ηλικίες έως 6 ετών ενώ τώρα έως 4 ετών Οι δημοτικοί βρεφονηπιακοί σταθμοί προσφέρουν άριστες συνθήκες ανάπτυξης των παιδιών, αυτό όμως έχει ένα κόστος που δεν καλύπτεται από τα έσοδα που προέρχονται τόσο από τα προγράμματα ΕΣΠΑ όσο και από τα τροφεία που πληρώνουν οι γονείς. | el |
| heal.abstract | early life and development of infants up to and including their inclusion in the school environment is of major importance. Family and social needs forced the creation of special units that will serve working parents for the optimal development of their children so that they are safe and acquire the necessary qualifications for their proper development. The passage of time affected the operation of these care units both in Greece and abroad. The transitions of the country's political scene also brought about a change in the operation of daycare centers. The staff and the space where the daycare centers operate must comply with the operating regulations that apply at any given time. The demographic issue creates problems not only in daycare centers whose main purpose is to serve young children, but also in Greek society in general since the correlation between births and deaths in recent years in Greece has a negative sign. Studying the operation of the daycare centers in Preveza through interviews with people who worked from the first years of operation of the daycare centers until the most recent years, we notice that the development had both positive and negative elements, the positive being the smaller ratio of children on staff, the negative being the insecurity that exists among people working with NSRF funding programs, whose work depends on whether the program will continue or not but also the limitation in the age range served by the daycare centers, in the past they were up to 6 years old and now up to 4 years old The municipal nurseries offer excellent conditions for the development of children, but this comes at a cost that is not covered by the income from both the NSRP programs and the tuition fees paid by the parents. | en |
