| heal.abstract | Η εκπαίδευση είναι ένας από τους πιο θεμελιώδεις θεσμούς μιας οργανωμένης κοινωνίας, καθώς περιλαμβάνει όλες τις δραστηριότητες που έχουν σχεδιαστεί για να επηρεάσουν το μυαλό, τον χαρακτήρα και τη σωματική αγωγή ενός ατόμου με συγκεκριμένο τρόπο. Είναι μια διαδικασία απόκτησης συγκεκριμένων γνώσεων, δεξιοτήτων, ικανοτήτων και αξιών για την κοινωνικοποίηση ενός ατόμου. Η τυπική εκπαίδευση παρέχεται σε οργανωμένες εκπαιδευτικές μονάδες του δημόσιου ή ιδιωτικού τομέα, γνωστές και ως σχολικές μονάδες ή απλά σχολεία. Στην τρέχουσα εργασία, προσπαθούμε να διερευνήσουμε: • Τον ρόλο του διευθυντή στη δημιουργία θετικού κλίματος μέσα στο σχολείο, • Καταστάσεις στις οποίες συμβαίνουν συγκρούσεις και πώς οι διευθυντές μπορούν να μειώσουν ή ακόμα καλύτερα να επιλύσουν τις συγκρούσεις. Για την επίτευξη αυτού του στόχου, η εργασία χωρίζεται σε δύο μέρη. Το πρώτο μέρος είναι το θεωρητικό μέρος, η βιβλιογραφία. Το δεύτερο μέρος είναι το ερευνητικό μέρος της εργασίας, όπου πραγματοποιήθηκε έρευνα στα δημοτικά σχολεία του νομού Πρέβεζας. Ακολουθούν χρήσιμα συμπεράσματα για να εξαχθούν | el |

Ιt is a process of gaining certain knowledge, skills and values for the socialization of a person. Typical education is provided in organized public or private educational units, known as school units or simply schools. In the following thesis, we will try to investigate: The role of a principal in establishing a positive atmosphere at school Situations that include conflicts and how principals can mitigate or even better solve these conflicts. To achieve this goal, this thesis is separated in two parts. The first one is the theoretical part, the bibliography. The second part includes the research that was conducted in elementary schools in the prefecture of Preveza. The conclusions that follow are useful to be drawn. | en |
