| heal.abstract | Στη παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία, θα μελετήσουμε την τοπολογία των δικτύων της Ελλάδας. Αρχικά θα κατονομάσουμε τους παρόχους υπηρεσιών τηλεφωνίας και internet καθώς και το ρόλο της ΕΕΤΤ. Θα μελετήσουμε τον τρόπο διασύνδεσης της Ελλάδας με δίκτυα κορμού του υπόλοιπου κόσμου, το ταξίδι του ίντερνετ καθώς και την πορεία του μέχρι το τελευταίο μίλι. Επιπρόσθετα θα αναφερθούμε στις τοπολογίες διασύνδεσης που χρησιμοποιούνται εμπορικά στη χώρα μας, τις υποσχόμενες υπηρεσίες και τις παροχές τόσο σε επίπεδο τηλεφωνίας όσο και σε επίπεδο ταχύτητας μετάδοσης δεδομένων των σταθερών συνδέσεων. Τέλος θα παρουσιάσουμε στατιστικά στοιχεία για το διαδίκτυο, για το ποσοστό διείσδυσης των δικτύων νέας γενιάς και τη σύγκριση των αποτελεσμάτων με τον υπόλοιπο κόσμο. | el |
| heal.abstract | In this thesis, we will study the topology of Greek networks. We will first name the telephony and internet service providers as well as the role of EETT. We will study how Greece is connected to the rest of the world, its internet journey and its journey to the last mile. In addition, we will refer to the interconnection topologies used commercially in our country, the promising services and facilities both in terms of telephony and in terms of data transmission speed of fixed connections. Finally we will present statistics for the internet, the penetration rate of the new generation networks and we will compare the results with the rest of the world. | en |
