| heal.abstract | Πρόκειται για ένα παγκόσμιο πρόβλημα υγείας. Στην Ελλάδα περίπου το 2% του συνολικού πληθυσμού, δηλαδή περίπου 200.000 άνθρωποι είναι χρόνιοι φορείς του ιού της Ηπατίτιδας Β. Η χρόνια λοίμωξη από τον ιό είναι δυνατόν να προκαλέσει χρόνια φλεγμονή στο ήπαρ με τελική κατάληξη την κίρρωση και/ή τον ηπατοκυτταρικό καρκίνο. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι ο ιός της Ηπατίτιδας Β είναι εξαιρετικά μολυσματικός. Σκοπός: Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η αναφορά στην ηπατίτιδα Β και τον κίνδυνο που εκτίθεται το νοσηλευτικό προσωπικό. Υλικό -μέθοδος: Στην παρούσα εργασία πραγματοποιήθηκε ανασκόπηση της διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας στις ηλεκτρονικές βάσεις δεδομένων PubMed και Google scholar. Το υλικό της μελέτης αποτέλεσαν επιλεγμένα άρθρα δημοσιευμένα κατά κύριο λόγο τα τελευταία πέντε χρόνια και το υλικό συλλέχθηκε κατόπιν λεπτομερούς μελέτης της σχετικής βιβλιογραφίας. Η επιλογή έγινε από ανασκοπήσεις και σχετικά άρθρα δημοσιευμένα στην αγγλική γλώσσα. Οι λέξεις κλειδιά που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν σε συνδυασμούς κατά την αναζήτηση ήταν οι εξής: «ηπατίτιδα Β» (hepatitis b), «συμπτώματα» (symptoms), «θεραπεία» (treatment) και «επαγγελματική έκθεση» (occupational exposure). Αποτελέσματα: Η ηπατίτιδα Β αποτελεί μια οδυνηρή και ψυχοφθόρα κατάσταση για κάθε άνθρωπο που πάσχει από αυτή, καθώς επιφέρει προβλήματα τόσο στην σωματική όσο και στην ψυχική υγεία. Η έκθεση του νοσηλευτικού προσωπικού αποτελεί σημαντικό ζήτημα καθώς σε κάθε περίπτωση που υπάρξει λάθος χειρισμός μπορεί να γίνει μετάδοση αυτής κατά την διάρκεια μίας νοσηλευτικής πράξης Συμπεράσματα: Είναι αναγκαίο όλοι στην καθημερινότητα μας να υιοθετούμε τα απαραίτητα μέσα ατομικής προφύλαξης έτσι ώστε να διασφαλίζουμε την προσωπική μας προστασία και αυτή των συνανθρώπων μας | el |
| heal.abstract | This is a major global health problem. In Greece, about 2% of the total population, i.e. about 200,000 people, are chronic carriers of hepatitis B virus. Chronic infection with the virus can cause chronic inflammation in the liver, ultimately resulting in cirrhosis and/or hepatocellular cancer. It is worth noting that the Hepatitis B virus is highly infectious. Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to refer to hepatitis B and the risk to nursing staff. Material -method: In this paper a review of the international bibliography was carried out in the electronic databases PubMed and google scholar. The material of the study consisted of selected articles published mainly in the last five years and the material was collected after a detailed study of the relevant literature. The selection was made from reviews and related articles published in English. The key words used in combinations during the search were :"hepatitis b", "symptoms", "treatment" and "occupational exposure". Results: Hepatitis B is a painful and distressing condition for every person suffering from it, as it brings problems in both physical and mental health.
