| heal.abstract | Η Χρόνια Νεφρική Νόσος αποτελεί μια ολοένα και αυξανόμενη νόσος του ουροποιητικού συστήματος, η οποία δημιουργεί σύγχρονες προκλήσεις τόσο για τον ασθενή, όσο και για την οικογένεια του. Η παραμονή ενός βλαπτικού αιτίου στο νεφρικό ιστό για περισσότερο από τρεις μήνες, θα οδηγήσει σε σταδιακή επιδείνωση της νεφρικής λειτουργίας, αναπτύσσοντας πολυσυστηματικές εκδηλώσεις και τελικά ανάγκη για θεραπεία υποκατάστασης. Η εξέλιξη είναι μη-αναστρέψιμη και γι’ αυτό το επίπεδο ευεξίας τόσο του ασθενούς, όσο και της οικογένειας ως σύνολο, φαίνεται διαταραγμένο. Σκοπός: στόχος της παρούσας βιβλιογραφικής ανασκόπησης είναι η διερεύνηση της οικογενειακής επιβάρυνσης στους φροντιστές ασθενών που νοσούν από Χρόνια Νεφρική Νόσο Τελικού Σταδίου (Στάδιο V). Υλικό- Μέθοδος: πραγματοποιήθηκε ανασκόπηση της διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας στις ηλεκτρονικές βάσεις δεδομένων της Google Schoolar και PubMed. Το υλικό απαρτίζεται από 10 επιστημονικά άρθρα της τελευταίας διετίας (2021-2022) δημοσιευμένα στην Αγγλική γλώσσα. Στις βάσεις δεδομένων εισήχθησαν λέξεις- κλειδιά, κάνοντας χρήση των τελεστών (operator boolean) OR και AND στη προηγμένη περιήγηση (Advanced Research). Αποτελέσματα: τα ευρήματα της έρευνας ανέδειξαν πως οι προκλήσεις της ΧΝΝ τελικού σταδίου δεν περιορίζονται μόνο στους ασθενείς, αλλά και στους οικογενειακούς φροντιστές, οι οποίοι εμφάνισαν επιβάρυνση διάφορων επιπέδων: ήπια, μέτρια, βαριά. Οι εκλυτικοί παράγοντες μπορούν να αναζητηθούν σε κοινωνικό- δημογραφικά χαρακτηριστικά, στην πορεία της νόσου και της θεραπείας υποκατάστασης, σε περιβαλλοντικούς, κοινωνικούς και ψυχολογικούς παράγοντες. Φάνηκε, πως η αξιοποίηση της τεχνολογίας διαδραματίζει σπουδαίο ρόλο στην αναγνώριση και αντιμετώπιση της επιβάρυνσης ενώ, τέλος, προγράμματα ομαδικών συνεδριών, εκπαίδευσης, ψυχολογικής υποστήριξης και peer mentoring, ανεδείχθησαν ιδιαίτερα σημαντικά στην μείωση της οικογενειακής επιβάρυνσης. Συμπεράσματα: η χρονιότητα της νεφρικής νόσου επηρεάζει αισθητά το επίπεδο της οικογενειακής υγείας, προκαλώντας επιβάρυνση του φροντιστή. Για το σκοπό αυτό, η έγκυρη αναγνώριση των σημείων που οδηγούν σε επιβάρυνση, αλλά και η παρέμβαση από το νοσηλευτικό προσωπικό, κρίνεται επιτακτική, προκειμένου να αποκατασταθεί η υγεία της οικογένειας. | el |
| heal.abstract | Chronic Kidney Disease is an ever-increasing disease of the urinary system, which creates modern challenges for both the patient and his family. The stay of a harmful cause in the renal tissue for more than three months, will lead to a gradual deterioration of renal function, developing multisystemic manifestations and ultimately the need for replacement therapy. The progression is irreversible and therefore the level of well-being of both the patient and the family as a whole seems disturbed. Purpose: the aim of this literature review is to investigate the family burden in the caregivers of patients suffering from End-Stage Chronic Kidney Disease (Stage V). Material-Method: a review of the international literature was carried out in the electronic databases of Google Schoolar and PubMed. The material consists of 10 scientific articles of the last two years (2021-2022) published in English. Keywords were inserted into the databases, using the operator boolean (OR, AND) in advanced navigation. Results: the findings of the research highlighted that the challenges of end-stage CKD are not limited only to patients, but also to family caregivers, who experienced a burden of various levels: mild, moderate, severe. Triggering factors can be sought in socio demographic characteristics, in the course of the disease and substitution treatment, in environmental, social, and psychological factors. It seemed that the utilization of technology plays an important role in recognizing and dealing with the burden, while, finally, programs of group sessions, training, psychological support, and peer mentoring, were particularly important in reducing the family burden.
