| heal.abstract | Τα τελευταία χρόνια η σταδιακή αύξηση στο φαινόμενο του μεταναστευτικού και προσφυγικού ζητήματος έχει καθιερώσει τον ρόλο του κοινοτικού νοσηλευτή ως έναν πολύ σημαντικό και πολύπλοκο κλάδο της νοσηλευτικής παγκοσμίως. Η προαγωγή της υγείας από τους επαγγελματίες υγείας είναι ο βασικός πυρήνας της διατήρησης και της αποκατάστασης της σωματικής και ψυχικής ευεξίας των ευάλωτων πληθυσμών. Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η διευκρίνηση του ρόλου του κοινοτικού νοσηλευτή και της διαπολιτισμικής νοσηλευτικής σε προβλήματα που εμφανίζονται σε ευάλωτες πληθυσμιακές ομάδες, όπως πρόσφυγες και μετανάστες στον χώρο της υγείας λόγω της διαφορετικής κουλτούρας, πολιτισμού, γλώσσας και πεποιθήσεών τους. Πραγματοποιήθηκε αναζήτηση στην βιβλιοθήκη του Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων και ανασκόπηση της ελληνικής και διεθνούς βιβλιογραφίας στις ηλεκτρονικές βάσεις δεδομένων PubMed και Google Scholar. Το υλικό της μελέτης αποτέλεσαν επιστημονικά άρθρα, μελέτες και έρευνες, δημοσιευμένα κυρίως την τελευταία επταετία. Τέθηκε περιορισμός στο έτος δημοσίευσης των άρθρων για την συλλογή αξιόπιστων και έγκαιρων ενημερώσεων. Οι λέξεις που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν σε συνδυασμούς κατά την αναζήτηση ήταν οι λέξεις «Διαπολιτισμική Νοσηλευτική», «Κοινοτικός Νοσηλευτής», και «Προαγωγή της Υγείας». Τα τελευταία χρόνια που το μεταναστευτικό και προσφυγικό ζήτημα έχει πάρει μεγαλύτερες διαστάσεις, πολλές χώρες έχουν δεχτεί άτομα από άλλες, με διαφορετική κουλτούρα και πολιτισμό. Για αυτόν τον λόγο πρέπει οι νοσηλευτές να είναι ενημερωμένοι με τις διαφορετικές πολιτισμικές ανάγκες του καθενός για την αποτελεσματικότερη κατανόηση και ικανοποίηση αυτών των αναγκών. Ο κοινοτικός νοσηλευτής συμβάλλει σημαντικά στην προαγωγή της υγείας και στην φροντίδα των ασθενών με διαφορετικό πολιτισμικό υπόβαθρο. Για την καλύτερη δυνατή εξασφάλιση της όμως, ο νοσηλευτής χρειάζεται να κατέχει αρκετές διαπολιτισμικές δεξιότητες που θα τον ωφελήσουν στην μετέπειτα επαγγελματική του πορεία. | el |
| heal.abstract | The last years due to the ongoing crisis of the refugee and immigrant uprising, the role of intercultural nurses has taken a far more serious and harder place in the field of nursing. Health promotion from health experts’ is the core segment for preserving and restoring the physical and mental health of these people. The aim of this project is tο clarify the role of intercultural nurses and transcultural nursing amidst the problems that occur in vulnerable groups like refugees and immigrants in the health department due to their different culture, native tongue, and beliefs. For this project, an analysis of the Greek and International electronic database bibliography such as PubMed and Google Scholar took place. The material of the study consisted of scientific articles and surveys published in the last seven years. There was a restriction used for the date of publicity of the articles for the collection of most trustworthy and timely information. The words that were used in search terms were «Transcultural Nursing», «Community Nurse» and «Health Promotion». Due to the refugee and immigration crisis these last few years, many countries have welcomed in people from different cultural and political backgrounds. This is the reason why healthcare workers must be adamant of their patients’ different needs to achieve a more effective understanding and satisfaction of their needs. Intercultural nurses play a tremendous part in health promotion and taking care of their patients.
