| heal.abstract | Η μεσογειακή αναιμία χαρακτηρίζεται ως μία από τη πιο συχνή κληρονομική νόσο του αίματος σε παγκόσμιο επίπεδο, με χαρακτηριστικό την απουσία ή τη μειωμένη σύνθεση ενός από τους δύο τύπους αλυσίδων αιμοσφαιρίνης στα ερυθρά αιμοσφαίρια. Η μεσογειακή αναιμία είναι μία νόσος η οποία επηρεάζει τη σωματική υγεία και την ψυχική υγεία ενός ασθενή καθόλη τη διάρκεια της ζωής του. Σκοπός: Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση της μεσογειακής αναιμίας και τον ρόλο του νοσηλευτή. Μεθοδολογία: Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία πραγματοποιήθηκε βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση με επιστημονικά άρθρα σε Ελληνική και ξενόγλωσση βιβλιογραφία στις στις ηλεκτρονικές βάσεις δεδομένων PubMed και Google Scholar, ενώ τα νεότερα δεδομένα είναι ξενόγλωσσα επιστημονικά άρθρα με βάση την ηλεκτρονική αναζήτηση της τελευταίας πενταετίας στην ηλεκτρονική βάση δεδομένων Pubmed. Αποτελέσματα: Η μεσογειακή αναιμία είναι μία χρόνια νόσος κατά την οποία η θεραπευτική αντιμετώπιση σχετίζεται και με τη διαχείριση των συμπτωμάτων της. Η μεσογειακή αναιμία κατά την παιδική ηλικία μπορεί να παρουσιάσει επιπλοκές όσον αφορά τη φυσιολογική ανάπτυξη του παιδιού, υπάρχει αντίκτυπος στη ψυχική υγεία του παιδιού και σε γενικό ψυχοκοινωνικό υπόβαθρο. Ο ρόλος του νοσηλευτή είναι καθοριστικής σημασίας στη διαχείριση της νόσου και στη διαχείριση της κατάστασης των ασθενών. Συμπεράσματα: Η μεσογειακή αναιμία αποτελεί μία νόσο η οποία πλήττει μεγάλο τμήμα του ανθρώπινου πληθυσμού, η αντιμετώπιση της νόσου η οποία είναι συντηρητική, η αντιμετώπιση των επιπλοκών της νόσου οι οποίες δυσχεραίνουν την καθημερινότητα των ασθενών με μεσογειακή αναιμία. Η ενημέρωση για τη μεσογειακή αναιμία και η πρόληψη είναι σημαντική ώστε να μειωθούν τα ποσοστά της μεσογειακής αναιμίας. | el |
| heal.abstract | Introduction: Mediterranean anemia is characterized as one of the most common inherited blood diseases worldwide, characterized by the absence or reduced synthesis of one of the two types of hemoglobin chains in red blood cells. Mediterranean anemia is a disease that affects the physical and mental health of a patient throughout his life. Aim: The purpose of this dissertation is the literature review of Mediterranean anemia and the role of the nurse. Methodology: In the present dissertation a bibliographic review was carried out with scientific articles in Greek and foreign language literature in the electronic databases PubMed and Google Scholar, while the latest data are foreign language scientific articles based on the electronic search of the last five years in the electronic database Pubmed. Results: Mediterranean anemia is a chronic disease in which treatment is associated with the management of its symptoms. Mediterranean anemia in childhood can present complications in terms of the normal development of the child, there is an impact on the mental health of the child and on the general psychosocial background. The role of the nurse is crucial in the management of the disease and in the management of the patients' condition. Conclusions: Mediterranean anemia is a disease that affects a large part of the human population, the treatment of the disease which is conservative, the treatment of the complications of the disease which make the daily life of patients with Mediterranean anemia difficult. Awareness of Mediterranean anemia and prevention is important to reduce rates of Mediterranean anemia. | en |
