| heal.abstract | Η διπλωματική εργασία θα χωριστεί σε τρία μέρη. Το πρώτο μέρος θα παρέχει γενικούς ορισμούς των ΜΚΟ, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της έννοιας, των λόγων δημιουργίας, των νομικών μορφών και άλλων. Στο δεύτερο μέρος θα αναλυθεί ο ρόλος και οι δράσεις των ΜΚΟ, εστιάζοντας σε τομείς όπως η ανθρωπιστική βοήθεια, η θεσμική ενίσχυση, οι περιβαλλοντικές πρωτοβουλίες, οι προκλήσεις και η επέκταση των οργανισμών στη χώρα μας. Αυτή η διατριβή στοχεύει να διερευνήσει τη διοίκηση του μη κερδοσκοπικού τομέα, ο οποίος έχει δει ένα κύμα ενδιαφέροντος με την άνοδο των ΜΚΟ. Πολλοί οργανισμοί, ιδιαίτερα μεγαλύτεροι, αναζητούν στρατηγικά εργαλεία για την ανάπτυξή τους, παρόμοια με αυτά που χρησιμοποιούνται στον κερδοσκοπικό τομέα. Κλείνοντας, εκφράζω τις ευχαριστίες μου σε όλους όσους συνέβαλαν στην ολοκλήρωση αυτής της εργασίας. Η πρόσφατη εμφάνιση Μη Κυβερνητικών Οργανώσεων (ΜΚΟ) στη χώρα μας υπήρξε μια σημαντική τάση, η οποία οφείλεται σε παράγοντες όπως οι οικονομικές προκλήσεις και η προσφυγική κρίση. Οι ΜΚΟ διαδραματίζουν κρίσιμο ρόλο τόσο στο τοπίο της αγοράς όσο και στον ανταγωνισμό. Γενικά, οι ΜΚΟ κατέχουν εξέχουσα θέση λόγω της δέσμευσής τους στις αρχές της συμμετοχής και της διαβούλευσης, οι οποίες ευθυγραμμίζονται με το αίτημα για πλουραλισμό στα σύγχρονα συστήματα διακυβέρνησης. Συμβάλλουν επίσης στον κοινωνικό έλεγχο, ιδίως μέσω της εποπτείας από την κοινωνία των πολιτών και τα κράτη. Το τρίτο κεφάλαιο θα εμβαθύνει στη χρηματοδότηση αυτών των οργανισμών, ενώ το τελευταίο κεφάλαιο θα επικεντρωθεί σε μια μελέτη περίπτωσης μιας τοπικής ΜΚΟ που ονομάζεται WeFor. | el |
| heal.abstract | The thesis will be divided into three parts. The first part will provide general definitions of NGOs, including the concept, reasons for creation, legal forms and others. The second part will analyse the role and activities of NGOs, focusing on areas such as humanitarian aid, institutional strengthening, environmental initiatives, challenges and expansion of the organisations in our country. This thesis aims to explore the management of the non-profit sector, which has seen a surge of interest with the rise of NGOs. Many organizations, especially larger ones, are seeking strategic tools for their growth, similar to those used in the for-profit sector. In closing, I express my thanks to all those who contributed to the completion of this paper. The recent emergence of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in our country has been an important trend, which is due to factors such as economic challenges and the refugee crisis. NGOs play a critical role in both the market landscape and competition. In general, NGOs are prominent because of their commitment to the principles of participation and consultation, which are aligned with the demand for pluralism in modern governance systems. They also contribute to social control, in particular through oversight by civil society and states. The third chapter will delve into the funding of these organisations, while the final chapter will focus on a case study of a local NGO called WeFor. | en |
