| heal.abstract | Οι χρόνιες νόσοι αποτελούν μια ολοένα και αυξανόμενη μάστιγα της εποχής. Οι ασθενείς που πάσχουν από μια χρόνια νόσο είναι εκείνοι που για όλοι τους τη ζωή πρέπει να μάθουν να ζουν με αυτή τη νόσο και τις επιπλοκές που παρουσιάζει. Ανάλογα με την νόσο διαφέρουν και οι επιπλοκές. Οι ασθενείς αυτοί παρατηρούν σημαντικές αλλαγές στην καθημερινότητά τους, που επηρεάζουν την ποιότητα ζωής τους. Σκοπός : Να αναδειχθεί ο ρόλος του νοσηλευτή στην διαχείριση των ασθενών με χρόνιες νόσους ώστε να βελτιωθεί η ποιότητα ζωής τους. Μέθοδος : επιλέχθηκε η μέθοδος της βιβλιογραφικής ανασκόπησης μέσα από την έρευνα και τον εντοπισμό σύγχρονων άρθρων της τελευταίας 5ετίας στο Pubmed. Αποτέλεσμα : Έπειτα από την διάγνωση η ποιότητα ζωής των ασθενών μειώνεται σημαντικά. Αναλόγως της διάγνωσης, κυμαίνονται και τα επίπεδα της ποιότητας ζωής. Οι ασθενείς οι οποίοι λαμβάνουν νοσηλευτική εκπαίδευση και φροντίδα μπορούν να έχουν καλύτερη ποιότητα ζωής και να διαχειρίζονται τα συμπτώματά τους. Συμπεράσματα : Η ποιότητα ζωής μπορεί να είναι υποκειμενική, αλλά εξακολουθεί να είναι απίστευτα σημαντικό ζήτημα διερεύνησης σε ένα καθολικό επίπεδο. Οι χρόνιες ασθένειες είναι συνήθως ένα μακροχρόνιο πρόβλημα για τους ασθενείς, αν και η σοβαρότητα των συμπτωμάτων και η λειτουργικότητα του σώματός τους μπορεί πάντα να αλλάξουν, προς το καλύτερο ή το χειρότερο. Τα τελευταία χρόνια όλο και περισσότεροι άνθρωποι υποβάλλονται σε χρόνιες ασθένειες, οι οποίες, με τη σειρά τους, μπορούν να υποβάλουν την ποιότητα της ζωής τους σε αλλαγές. Εφόσον λαμβάνουν την κατάλληλη νοσηλευτική εκπαίδευση και φροντίδα οι ασθενείς μπορεί να έχουν μια καλύτερη ποιότητα ζωής. | el |
| heal.abstract | Chronic diseases are an ever-increasing scourge of our time. Patients suffering from a chronic disease are those who for the rest of their lives have to learn to live with this disease and its complications. Complications vary depending on the disease. These patients notice significant changes in their daily life, which affect their quality of life. Purpose: To highlight the role of the nurse in the management of patients with chronic diseases in order to improve their quality of life. Method: the bibliographic review method was chosen through the search and identification of contemporary articles of the last 5 years in Pubmed. Result: After the diagnosis, the patients' quality of life decreases significantly. Depending on the diagnosis, the levels of quality of life also vary. Patients who receive nursing education and care can have a better quality of life and manage their symptoms. Conclusions: Quality of life may be subjective, but it is still an incredibly important issue to investigate on a universal level. Chronic diseases are usually a long-term problem for patients, although the severity of symptoms and the functionality of their bodies can always change, for better or worse. In recent years more and more people are subject to chronic diseases, which, in turn, can subject their quality of life to changes.
