| heal.abstract | Σκοπός αυτής της πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι να περιγράψει και να αναλύσει τη σημασία και τα κρίσιμα σημεία της μηχανικής άμελξης των αιγοπροβάτων στην Ελλάδα. Ειδικότερα, αναλύονται οι διάφοροι τύποι αρμεκτικών μηχανών και η λειτουργία τους με έμφαση στην κατανόηση της τεχνολογίας της μηχανικής άμελξης. Επιπλέον, η εργασία εστιάζει στην συντήρηση και καθαριότητα/πλύση της αρμεκτικής μηχανής. Η τακτική συντήρηση, η ενδελεχής καθαριότητα και η ακριβής τήρηση των πρωτοκόλλων λειτουργίας είναι κρίσιμες για την πρόληψη προβλημάτων. Τα παραπάνω επηρεάζουν σημαντικά την υγεία των ζώων καθώς και την ποσότητα και ποιότητα του παραγόμενου γάλακτος. | el |
| heal.abstract | The purpose of this thesis is to discuss and analyze the importance and critical points of machine milking of dairy sheep and goats in Greece. Specifically, the various types of milking parlours and their operation are analysed with emphasis on understanding machine milking technology. Moreover, maintenance and cleaning of the milking parlour are described. Regular maintenance, proper cleaning and strict adherence to operating and milking protocols are critical to preventing problems. The aforementioned points significantly affect animal health status as well as milk quantity and quality. | en |
