| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η καταγραφή όλων εκείνων των στοιχείων, τα οποία σχετίζονται με την καλλιέργεια της αμπέλου και την παραγωγή του κρασιού, καθώς επίσης με την καλλιέργεια και την παραγωγή του κίτρου, στο νησί της Νάξου. Αρχικά παρουσιάζονται πληροφορίες σχετικά με την καλλιέργεια της αμπέλου και του κίτρου σε όλο τον κόσμο, αλλά και τα διάφορα χαρακτηριστικά τους, όπως είναι οι κυριότερες καλλιεργούμενες ποικιλίες, τα βοτανικά χαρακτηριστικά - οργανογραφία και οι εδαφοκλιματικές συνθήκες ανάπτυξής τους. Στη συνέχεια αναλύονται τα περιβαλλοντικά και αναπτυξιακά χαρακτηριστικά της Νάξου, ενώ στη συνέχεια περιγράφεται η υφιστάμενη κατάσταση της καλλιέργειας της αμπέλου και του κίτρου στο νησί της Νάξου. Ειδικότερα, γίνεται ιστορική ανασκόπηση των σημαντικότερων γεγονότων που αφορούν τις δύο καλλιέργειες και αναλύονται όλες οι μέθοδοι που χρησιμοποιούνται για την καλλιέργεια τους και την παραγωγή των προϊόντων τους στη Νάξο. Τέλος, γίνεται αναφορά στα κυριότερα προβλήματα και στις προοπτικές των καλλιεργειών αυτών. | el |
| heal.abstract | The aim of this thesis is to record all the data related to the cultivation of vines and the production of wine, as well as the cultivation and production of citrus, on the island of Naxos. Initially, information is presented on the cultivation of vines and citrus fruit all over the world, as well as their various characteristics, such as the main cultivated varieties, botanical characteristics - organography and soil and climate conditions. The environmental and development characteristics of Naxos island are then analysed, followed by a description of the current situation of vine and citrus cultivation on the island of Naxos. In particular, a historical review of the most important events concerning the two crops and an analysis of all the methods used for their cultivation and the production of their products in Naxos are presented. Finally, reference is made to the main problems and prospects of these crops. | en |
