| heal.abstract | Η διαταραχή αυτιστικού φάσματος αποτελεί μια διαταραχή – μυστήριο που εμφανίζεται σε παιδιά και εφήβους σε όλο τον κόσμο και παρουσιάζεται με κοινωνικά και επικοινωνιακά ελλείμματα και στερεότυπες συμπεριφορές. Χωρίς να γνωρίζουν με ακρίβεια την αιτιολογία της διαταραχής των παιδιών τους, οι γονείς των παιδιών με διαταραχή αυτιστικού φάσματος καλούνται καθημερινά να ανταπεξέλθουν σε μια σειρά δυσκολιών που προκύπτουν από τα συμπτώματα των παιδιών τους και προκαλούν δυσλειτουργία συνολικά στο σύστημα της οικογένειας. Η συμβουλευτική στους γονείς των εν λόγω παιδιών είναι επιβεβλημένη, καθώς μπορεί να λάβουν εξειδικευμένη υποστήριξη, η οποία θα στηρίζεται στις ανάγκες του παιδιού τους και της οικογένειάς τους και θα μπορέσει να βοηθήσει την ανάπτυξη και εξέλιξη του παιδιού στο μέγιστο βαθμό. Οι γονείς μπορεί να ενταχθούν σε ατομικά ή ομαδικά προγράμματα και να ακολουθήσουν το υποστηρικτικό πρόγραμμα με βάση την προσέγγιση του συμβούλου που έχουν επιλέξει και ταιριάζει καλύτερα στην οικογένειά τους. Στην εργασία περιγράφονται αναλυτικά τα σύγχρονα δεδομένα που υποστηρίζουν την ανάγκη ένταξης των γονέων σε συμβουλευτικό πλαίσιο. Οι γονείς έχουν να αντιμετωπίσουν προκλήσεις στην ανατροφή των παιδιών τους, όμως η συμβουλευτική τους παρέχει εργαλεία και στρατηγικές, τα οποία τους βοηθούν να αναγνωρίσουν τα συναισθήματά τους, να εντοπίσουν τη δυσλειτουργική συμπεριφορά τους αλλά και του παιδιού τους και να εστιάσουν στα δυνατά σημεία του παιδιού. | el |
