| heal.abstract | Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία θα μελετήσουμε θέματα που αφορούν την διάγνωση και την παρέμβαση σχετικά με τη Διαταραχής Ελλειμματικής Προσοχής και Υπερκινητικότητα (ΔΕΠ-Υ - (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ΑDH-D), μέσα από τις νέες τεχνολογίες τις οποίες διαθέτει πλέον η ιατρική και θεραπευτική κοινότητα. Ακόμα, με τη χρήση νέων τεχνολογιών που σήμερα χρησιμοποιούνται ευρέως στην επιστήμη υγείας. Αρχικά, προσεγγίζουμε τα αίτια που προκαλούν την συγκεκριμένη διαταραχή, τους τρόπους με τους οποίους μπορεί να αντιμετωπιστεί και τις διαταραχές που μπορούν να συνυπάρχουν με την διαταραχή της ελλειμματικής προσοχής. Η Διαταραχή Ελλειμματικής Προσοχής και Υπερκινητικότητας (ΔΕΠΥ) είναι μια από τις πιο συχνά εμφανιζόμενες νευροαναπτυξιακές διαταραχές και έχει κεντρίσει το ενδιαφέρον πολλών ερευνητών. Αρκετές μελέτες έχουν γίνει και παρουσιάζουν την αξιοποίηση διαφόρων μέσων τεχνολογίας σε προσεγγίσεις εκτίμησης και αντιμετώπισης των συμπτωμάτων της. Η συγκεκριμένη πτυχιακή εργασία έχει στόχο να διερευνήσει τη συμβολή των μέσων τεχνολογίας σε διαδικασίες διάγνωσης και παρεμβάσεις σε άτομα με ΔΕΠΥ. Αναζητήθηκαν έρευνες χρησιμοποιώντας λέξεις κλειδιά στη βάση Pubmed και πραγματοποιήθηκε μια συστηματική ανασκόπηση για την παρουσίαση των βασικών στοιχείων τους. Συμπεριλήφθηκαν 39 άρθρα στην τελική ανάλυση σύμφωνα με τα κριτήρια επιλογής. Παρουσιάζονται οι νέες τεχνολογίες που χρησιμοποιούνται στη διάγνωση και παρέμβαση σε άτομα με ΔΕΠΥ. Οι περισσότερες μελέτες κατέληξαν ότι οι νέες τεχνολογίες μπορούν να υποβοηθήσουν σε διαδικασίες διάγνωσης και παρέμβασης της διαταραχής, ενώ υπάρχουν και αναφορές για κάποια μέσα που χρήζουν περαιτέρω διερεύνησης. Οι εξελίξεις και οι νέες τεχνολογίες μπορούν να αξιοποιηθούν σε αποτελεσματικές παρεμβάσεις για την εκτίμηση και τη παρέμβαση της ΔΕΠΥ. Χρειάζεται όμως περισσότερη έρευνα προκειμένου να εντοπιστούν πλήρως οι δυνατότητές τους αλλά και να αποφευχθούν άλλα πιθανά προβλήματα. | el |
| heal.abstract | Ιn this thesis we will study issues related to the diagnosis and intervention of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), through the new technologies available to medicine and therapeutic community.Also, with the use of new technologies that are now widely used in health science.Theoretical Background: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders and has aroused the interest of many researchers. In fact, several studies have been conducted on the use of various technology tools in approaches to assessing and treating its symptoms. First, we approach the causes that cause this specific disorder, the ways in which it can be treated and the disorders that can coexist with attention deficit disorder. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders and has attracted the interest of many researchers. Several studies have been done and present the utilization of various means of technology in approaches to the assessment and treatment of its symptoms. This thesis aims to investigate the contribution of technology media to diagnostic procedures and interventions for people with ADHD. Studies were searched using keywords in the Pubmed database and a systematic review was performed to present their key findings. 39 articles were included in the final analysis according to the selection criteria. The new technologies used in the diagnosis and intervention of people with ADHD are presented. Most studies concluded that new technologies can assist in the diagnosis and intervention processes of the disorder, while there are also reports of some tools that need further investigation. Advances and new technologies can be leveraged into effective interventions for ADHD assessment and intervention. But more research is needed in order to fully identify their potential and to avoid other potential problems. | en |
