| heal.abstract | Ο ολοένα αυξανόμενος αριθμός των παιδιών με διάγνωση ΔΑΦ έχει οδηγήσει στην αύξηση της σημασίας της έγκαιρης αναγνώρισης και θεραπείας της και το άτομο που προσφέρει βοήθεια θα πρέπει να είναι εξοικειωμένο με τις βασικές αρχές της ΑΒΑ και τις εφαρμογές της. Ο σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να ενημερωθεί ο αναγνώστης για την επικοινωνία και τις κοινωνικές δεξιότητες στη Διαταραχή Αυτιστικού Φάσματος και τη μέθοδο ανάλυσης της συμπεριφοράς. Πραγματοποιήθηκε βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση μέσω των μηχανών αναζήτησης GoogleScholar και Medline, καθώς και άλλων έγκριτων επιστημονικών ελληνόγλωσσων και ξενόγλωσσων πηγών και επίσημων ιστοσελίδων. Διαπιστώθηκε πως η συστηματική αξιολόγηση των κοινωνικών δεξιοτήτων, μπορεί να βοηθήσει στην διαφώτιση της αιτιολογίας των ελλειμμάτων κοινωνικών δεξιοτήτων, και θα πρέπει να χρησιμοποιείται ως συστατικό της διατύπωσης περιπτώσεων. Ωστόσο, αναμένεται ότι μελλοντικά θα δοθεί μεγαλύτερο ερευνητικό ενδιαφέρον για τις ΔΑΦ και την καλύτερη κατανόηση και ανάπτυξη ολοκληρωμένων θεραπειών κοινωνικής δεξιότητας, καθώς και της μεθόδου Ανάλυσης Συμπεριφοράς (ABA) στον αυτισμό. | el |
| heal.abstract | The ever-increasing number of children diagnosed with ASD has led to an increase in the importance of its early recognition and treatment, and the person offering help should be familiar with the basic principles of ABA and its applications. The purpose of this paper is to inform the reader about communication and social skills in Autism Spectrum Disorder and the behavior analysis method.A bibliographic review was carried out through the search engines GoogleScholar and Medline, as well as other reputable scientific sources in Greek and foreign languages and official websites.It was found that systematic assessment of social skills can help illuminate the etiology of social skills deficits and should be used as a component of case formulation.However, it is expected that in the future there will be greater research interest in ASDs and a better understanding and development of integrated social skill therapies, as well as Behavior Analysis (ABA) in autism. | el |
