| heal.abstract | Οι χρόνιες παθήσεις αποτελούν σημαντικό ποσοστό ασθενειών που επιφέρουν σημαντικές επιπτώσεις όχι μόνο στην υγειονομική περίθαλψη αλλά κυρίως στους ιδίους τους πάσχοντες μεταβάλλοντας την καθημερινότητα τους και περιορίζοντας την ελευθερία των κινήσεών τους. Για την βελτίωση αυτής της νέας πραγματικότητας των χρόνιων πασχόντων ασθενών η υφιστάμενη ιατροφαρμακευτική φροντίδα, οι νοσηλευτές και οι φροντιστές θα πρέπει να συντονίσουν τις προσπάθειες τους με σκοπό να καταφέρουν την βέλτιστη δυνατή ποιότητα ζωής αυτών των ατόμων. Ο σκοπός της πτυχιακής αυτής εργασίας είναι μέσω της επιστημονικής και έγκυρης βιβλιογραφίας να επισημανθούν τα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά της ποιότητας ζωής των χρόνια πασχόντων ασθενών, τα προβλήματα αλλά και ο ρόλος των νοσηλευτών στην φροντίδα τους. Η έρευνα που ακολουθεί στηρίχτηκε σε δέκα επιστημονικά άρθρα του PubMed που πληρούσαν τα κριτήρια της αγγλικής γλώσσας και χρονολογίας εντός της τελευταίας πενταετίας. Τα συμπεράσματα της έρευνας δείχνουν ότι για την ποιοτικότερη ζωή των υπό μελέτη ασθενών θα πρέπει όλες οι μονάδες περίθαλψης να διευρύνουν την φροντίδα εκτός των παθολογικών αιτιών και στις ψυχοπαθητικές συνέπειες μιας χρόνιας πάθησης καθώς, στο περιβάλλον γύρω από τους ασθενείς αλλά και την χρήση ψηφιακής ιατρικής και τεχνητής νοημοσύνης σε όλα τα επίπεδα της φροντίδας | |
| heal.abstract | Chronic diseases constitute a significant percentage of diseases that have significant effects not only on health care but mainly on the sufferers themselves by changing their daily life and limiting their freedom of movement. To improve this new reality of chronically ill patients, existing medical care, nurses and caregivers should coordinate their efforts in order to achieve the best possible quality of life for these individuals. The purpose of this thesis is to highlight, through the scientific and authoritative literature, the main characteristics of the quality of life of chronically ill patients, the problems and the role of nurses in their care. The following research was based on ten PubMed scientific articles that met the criteria of English language and date within the last five years. The conclusions of the research show that for the better quality of life of the patients under study, all care units should expand the care beyond the pathological causes and the psychopathic consequences of a chronic condition as well as the environment around the patients and the use of digital medicine and artificial intelligence at all levels of care. | en |
