| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας αποτελεί η γενική ανασκόπηση της πραγματικότητας των Διαταραχών Αυτιστικού Φάσματος, με έμφαση τους γονείς και το πως αυτοί επηρεάζουν και επηρεάζονται από το παιδί τους με διάγνωση ΔΑΦ. Το συγκεκριμένο θέμα επιλέχθηκε, λόγω της συχνής παράλειψης του ρόλου των γονέων στα θέματα αυτισμού του παιδιού τους. Η αρχική σκέψη ήταν η εργασία αυτή να μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί και να επεκταθεί μελλοντικά σαν αρχικός οδηγός για γονείς με παιδιά που πρόσφατα έλαβαν διάγνωση ΔΑΦ. Η εργασία αποτελείται από 4 κεφάλαια. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο θα αναλύσουμε πως ορίζονται οι ΔΑΦ και από ποια χαρακτηριστικά απαρτίζονται. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο θα δούμε πως επηρεάζονται οι γονείς και ο ιστός της οικογένειας από τη στιγμή της διάγνωσης και μετά, καθώς και στρατηγικές διαχείρισης των δυσάρεστων καταστάσεων που βιώνουν οι γονείς μετά τη διάγνωση. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο θα ασχοληθούμε με τη βαρύτητα της έγκαιρης διάγνωσης ΔΑΦ στο παιδί, τη σημαντικότητα που έχει η συμβολή των γονέων στην αναπτυξιακή πορεία του παιδιού, σε συνάρτηση με την ποιότητα της σχέσης γονέα – θεραπευτή και πως αυτή επηρεάζει το παιδί, ενώ θα παρουσιάσουμε και τεχνικές τις οποίες μπορούν να διδαχθούν και να εφαρμόσουν οι γονείς στο παιδί τους, πέραν του θεραπευτικού πλαισίου. Τέλος, στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο θα αναλύσουμε τα στοιχεία που απαρτίζουν ένα πλήρες και αποτελεσματικό θεραπευτικό πρόγραμμα, ενώ θα γίνει αναφορά στα πιο γνωστά επίσημα θεραπευτικά προγράμματα που εφαρμόζονται στην Ελλάδα. | el |
| heal.abstract | The goal of the following thesis is an overview of the reality of Autism Spectrum Disorder, giving emphasis on a parent perspective, and the two way interaction between the parents and their child with ASD. The aforementioned theme was chosen, because of the low importance that we give to the role that parents play in their child’s ASD issues. My vision for this work is to be used and expanded in the future, to serve as a guide for parents of newly diagnosed children with ASD. The thesis span is four chapters long. The first chapter is an overview of what ASD consists of, and the different characteristics of it. The second chapter is analyzing how parents and the extended family react to an ASD diagnosis, as well as ways to cope with difficult and stressful situations in the family dynamic. The third chapter talks about the importance of early diagnosis, the role parents play in their children’s development, based on the partnership between parents and therapists, which gives us way to talk about specific techniques that parents can implement in daily life beyond the therapeutic curriculum. Last but not least, chapter four discusses the qualities of an effective intervention program, and we also mention some of the most well known intervention programs currently used in Greece. | en |
