| heal.abstract | Η διπλωματική αυτή εργασία εμβαθύνει στην περίπλοκη σχέση μεταξύ των microRNAs και του καρκίνου, διερευνώντας το ρόλο τους ως διαγνωστικοί βιοδείκτες και προγνωστικά εργαλεία στην εξατομικευμένη ιατρική. Αρχικά, η μελέτη παρέχει μια ολοκληρωμένη επισκόπηση της βιογένεσης του microRNA, της ρύθμισης και των επιπτώσεών τους στη βιολογία του καρκίνου. Εξετάζει τη δυσλειτουργία των microRNAs στον καρκίνο και τις δυνατότητές τους ως διαγνωστικοί και προγνωστικοί δείκτες. Στην συνέχεια, έμφαση δίνεται στη βιογένεση και τις λειτουργίες των microRNAs, διευκρινίζοντας τους μηχανισμούς ρύθμισής τους και τη συμμετοχή τους σε φυσιολογικές κυτταρικές διεργασίες και απορρύθμιση στον καρκίνο.
