| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα μελέτη έγινε στα πλαίσια σύνθεσης της πτυχιακής εργασίας και ασχολείται με τη σύνταξη και εκπόνηση επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου μιας εταιρίας που δραστηριοποιείται σε τοπικό επίπεδο στο χώρο του εμπορίου λιανικής πώλησης ηλεκτρολογικού υλικού. Η ανάλυση στηρίχτηκε αποκλειστικά στη χρήση δευτερογενών δεδομένων. Ως βασικός στόχος του επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου είναι η προσέλκυση επενδύσεων και η εξασφάλιση χρηματοδότησης ώστε να διασφαλίζονται τόσο τα συμφέροντα της εταιρίας όσο και αυτά των επενδυτών της. Αναλύονται όλα τα στάδια ανάπτυξης του σχεδίου καθώς και το θεωρητικό πλαίσιο όρων και προϋποθέσεων μέσα στο οποίο εντάσσεται αυτό για τη λήψη της απόφασης επένδυσης στη βάση μιας οικονομοτεχνικής μελέτης. Τέλος παρουσιάζονται τα αποτελέσματα που απορρέουν από την εφαρμογή του εν λόγω επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου μέσα στο εύρος των δραστηριοτήτων της εταιρίας, ενώ συμπληρωματικά για την καλύτερη κατανόηση των όσων αναφέρονται στην παρούσα εργασία, παραθέτονται οι ορισμοί υπηρεσιών και όρων που χρησιμοποιούνται στο πεδίο των οικονομοτεχνικών μελετών. | el |
| heal.abstract | The present case study was written as part of my degree project and deals with the composition and implementation of a business plan for a local company selling electrical material. The analysis was based exclusively on the use of secondary data. The basic aim of the business plan is to attract investors and ensure funding so as to secure the benefit of the company and its investors. All the development stages of the plan are analyzed as well as the theoretical framework and circumstances used for the decision making of the investment based on a feasibility study. Finally, the results coming from the implementation of the particular business plan, are presented. Also, for the better understanding of what it is mentioned in the present study the definitions of the specific terms that have been used, are given. | en |
