| heal.abstract | Η εποχή που διανύουμε χαρακτηρίζεται από πληροφοριακή επανάσταση. Η ανάπτυξη της τεχνολογίας τόσο στις πληροφορίες όσο και στην επικοινωνία έχουν αλλάξει τον τρόπο εργασίας αλλά και ζωής σε παγκόσμια κλίμακα. Όλες οι διοικητικές σύγχρονες επιχειρήσεις στηρίζονται στους υπολογιστές, στα πληροφοριακά συστήματα για την καλύτερη κι έγκυρη απόδοσή τους. Το Πληροφοριακό Σύστημα (Π.Σ.) αποτελεί ένα οργανωμένο σύνολο από πέντε οντότητες όπου δέχεται, αποθηκεύει, ανακτά, επεξεργάζεται και δίνει πληροφορίες στον κάθε χρήστη. Για να λειτουργήσει σωστά, προϋποθέτει ότι πρέπει να υπάρχουν κάποιες διαδικασίες, να προσδιορίζονται σωστά τα αναγκαία δεδομένα, το ανθρώπινο συναμικό να έχει καταρτιστεί κατάλληλα και να υπάρχει ο κατάλληλος εξοπλισμός, καθώς και να διατίθεται το κατάλληλο λογισμικό. Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι να μελετηθεί η αξία των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων και η προσφορά της χρήση τους τόσο στις επιχειρήσεις όσο και σε προσωπικό επίπεδο. Η διευκόλυνση που έχει προσφέρει στις επιχειρήσεις είναι σημαντική, εξυπηρετώντας όλους τους επιχειρηματικούς κλάδους με το μέγιστο δυνατό τρόπο. Στην παρούσα εργασία γίνεται αναφορά στον ορισμό και την ιστορική αναδρομή των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων, καθώς και στις βασικές έννοιες και τις δυνατότητες που έχουν προκειμένου να επιτευχθεί αποτελεσματικά και στο μέγιστο βαθμό η απόδοση μιας επιχείρησης. Επιπρόσθετα, μελετώνται τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα ως προς τη χρήση τους στη λειτουργία μιας επιχείρησης, καθώς και τα πλεονεκτήματα και μειονεκτήματα αυτών, τα είδη τους, τη σύσταση και την ασφάλειά τους, προκειμένου να ληφθούν οι σωστές αποφάσεις για την βιωσιμότητα και αποδοτικότητα της κάθε επιχείρησης. Τέλος, γίνεται αναφορά στον ρόλο των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων, στις επιπτώσεις τους αλλά και στην αναγκαιότητα αυτών στις επιχειρήσεις. Θα μελετηθεί επίσης, η στελέχωση της διεύθυνσης των Πληροφοριακών συστημάτων (Π.Σ.) καθώς και η λειτουργία αυτών στις επιχειρήσεις και την διοίκηση. Ολοκληρώνοντας την εργασία, γίνεται συζήτηση για την σημαντικότητα των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων και προτάσσονται εναλλακτικές ιδέες για μελλοντική μελέτη 7 της σημαντικότητας και της ευχέρειας των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων στη διοίκηση των επιχειρήσεων. | el |
| heal.abstract | The era we live in is characterized by an information revolution. The development of technology in both information and communication have changed the way of working and living on a global scale. All administrative modern businesses rely on computers, information systems for their best and valid performance. The Information System (IS) is an organized set of five entities where it receives, stores, retrieves, processes and gives information to each user. In order to function properly, it assumes that certain procedures must be in place, that the necessary data must be correctly identified, that the human resources are properly trained and that the appropriate equipment is available, as well as that the appropriate software is available. The purpose of the work is to study the value of information systems and the offer of their use both in businesses and on a personal level. The facility it has provided to businesses is significant, serving all business sectors in the best possible way. In this paper, reference is made to the definition and historical review of information systems, as well as to the basic concepts and the possibilities they have in order to achieve effectively and to the maximum extent the performance of a business. In addition, information systems are studied in terms of their use in the operation of a business, as well as their advantages and disadvantages, their types, their constitution and their security, in order to make the right decisions for the viability and efficiency of each business. Finally, reference is made to the role of information systems, their effects and their necessity in businesses. The staffing of the Information Systems (IS) department will also be studied, as well as their operation in businesses and administration. Concluding the work, there is a discussion about the importance of information systems and alternative ideas are proposed for future study of the importance and fluency of information systems in business administration. | en |
