| heal.abstract | Στόχος της πτυχιακής αυτής εργασίας είναι η μελέτη της πράσινης οικονομίας και των ανανεώσιμων πηγών ενέργειας. Για το λόγο αυτό η εργασία έχει χωριστεί σε τέσσερα κεφάλαια. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο δίνεται ο ορισμός τι είναι πράσινη οικονομία και τις διασκέψεις που έγιναν, από την έκθεση Brundtland το 1987 έως και τη Διάσκεψη των ΗΠΑ για την αειφόρο ανάπτυξη το 2012. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναφέρονται οι πηγές της πράσινης ανάπτυξης, οι στόχοι που έχουν τεθεί για αυτήν καθώς και οι πέντε πυλώνες που την απαρτίζουν. Επίσης, μελετώνται οι σημαντικότερες διαστάσεις της, οι προοπτικές που αυτή έχει καθώς και το εάν υπάρχει σύνδεση μεταξύ πράσινης οικονομίας και αειφόρου ανάπτυξης. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο αναλύονται οι ανανεώσιμες πηγές ενέργειας. Αρχικώς επισημαίνονται οι νέες ενεργειακές ανάγκες που υπάρχουν πλέον σήμερα, οι απαιτήσεις για την ενεργειακή μετάβαση σε ανανεώσιμες πηγές ενέργειας και τα κίνητρα για την αύξησή τους. Επίσης, μελετώνται πώς αυτές έχουν αυξηθεί μέχρι σήμερα και ποιες είναι οι στρατηγικές για την επιτάχυνσή τους. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο ερευνάται πώς θα είναι η μετάβαση σε μια πράσινη οικονομία, εάν τελικά έχει επιτύχει η πράσινη οικονομία στις ημέρες μας και ποια τα κενά που υπάρχουν στο Πρόγραμμα των ΗΠΑ για το περιβάλλον και την πράσινη ανάπτυξη. Επίσης, μελετάται ποιος τελικά ελέγχει την πράσινη οικονομία σήμερα, ποιοι είναι οι διαρθρωτικοί περιορισμοί που υπάρχουν για αυτήν και στο τέλος, εάν τελικά συνεισφέρει ή όχι η πράσινη οικονομία. | el |
| heal.abstract | The purpose of this thesis is to study the green economy and renewable energy sources. For this reason the work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter defines what the green economy is and the conferences that took place, from the Brundtland Report in 1987 to the US Conference on Sustainable Development in 2012. The second chapter lists the sources of green development, the goals that have been set. for it and the five pillars that make up it. It also looks at its most important dimensions, its prospects and whether there is a link between a green economy and sustainable development. Chapter 3 discusses renewables. First, we highlight the new energy needs that exist today, the requirements for the transition to renewable energy and the incentives to increase them. They are also studying how they have grown to date and what strategies are in place to accelerate them. Chapter 4 examines what the transition to a green economy will be like if the green economy has finally succeeded in our day and what the gaps in the US Environmental and Green Growth Program are. It also examines who ultimately controls the green economy today, what the structural constraints are for it, and finally whether or not the green economy ultimately contributes. | en |
