| heal.abstract | Αντικείμενο της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας ήταν η μελέτη της ενσυναίσθησης ως διαγνωστικός παράγοντας στη λογοθεραπευτική πράξη μέσω Νέων Τεχνολογιών, σε παιδιά μη τυπικής ανάπτυξης. Η πτυχιακή εργασία εκπονήθηκε στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος σπουδών του Τμήματος Λογοθεραπείας, της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας, του Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων και αναφέρεται στη χρήση των tablet ως εργαλεία αξιολόγησης στον τομέα της ενσυναίσθησης σε παιδιά. Με την βοήθεια λογισμικού σε tablet, μελετήθηκαν αποκρίσεις των παιδιών σε ψηφιακές δραστηριότητες που αφορούν την ενσυναίσθηση. Μετά από πρόσκληση συμμετοχής, έγινε ενημέρωση στους γονείς και με τη συγκατάθεσή τους, τα παιδιά έπαιξαν το παιχνίδι. Το δείγμα αποτελείται από 28 παιδιά μη τυπικής ανάπτυξης, ηλικίας από 3 έως 15 ετών. Οι διαταραχές των παιδιών αυτών ανήκαν στις εξής κατηγορίες διαταραχών: Διαταραχές Αυτιστικού Φάσματος (Δ.Α.Φ.), Διαταραχή Ελλειμματικής Προσοχής και Υπερκινητικότητας (Δ.Ε.Π.Υ.), Νοητική Αναπηρία (Ν.Α.), Ειδική Μαθησιακή Διαταραχή (Ε.Μ.Δ.) και Διαταραχές Επικοινωνίας (Δ.Ε.). Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας έδειξαν ότι η χρήση των ψηφιακών δραστηριοτήτων ενσυναίσθησης σε tablet φάνηκε να προσελκύει τα παιδιά μη τυπικής ανάπτυξης, με άμεσο επακόλουθο την ενεργή συμμετοχή τους σε διαδικασίες αξιολόγησης. Πιο συγκεκριμένα κατέληξαν στα εξής: (i) Δ.Ε.: υψηλά ποσοστά επίδοσης, (ii) Δ.Ε.Π.Υ.: υψηλά ποσοστά επίδοσης, (iii) Ε.Μ.Δ.: ικανοποιητικά ποσοστά επίδοσης, (iv) Δ.Α.Φ.: ικανοποιητικά ποσοστά επίδοσης, (v) Ν.Α.: χαμηλά ποσοστά επίδοσης, επιβαρυντικός παράγοντας ενσυναίσθησης, (vi) Συννοσηρότητες: επηρεάζουν επιπρόσθετα τα ποσοστά επίδοσης. Η χρήση του tablet με το κατάλληλο ψηφιακό λογισμικό μπορεί να συμβάλλει σε διαδικασίες λογοθεραπευτικής διάγνωσης και θέτει νέα στοιχεία για ελλείμματα προσοχής στις διαταραχές τα οποία πρέπει να τεθούν υπό διερεύνηση στο μέλλον. | el |
| heal.abstract | The aim of this thesis was to study the role of empathy as a diagnostic factor in speech and language therapy practice through New Technologies in children with non-typical development. The thesis was conducted within the framework of the curriculum of the Department of Speech and Language Therapy, School of Health Sciences, University of Ioannina and refers to the use of tablets as assessment tools in the field of empathy in children. With the help of tablet software, children's responses to digital activities related to empathy were studied. After an invitation to participate, the parents were informed and with their consent, the children played the game. The sample consists of 28 children with atypical development, aged from 3 to 15 years. The disorders of these children belonged to the following categories of disorders: Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Intellectual Disability (ID), Special Learning Disorder (SLD) and Communication Disorders (CD). The results of the research showed that the use of digital empathy activities on tablets seemed to attract children with atypical development, with a direct consequence of their active participation in assessment processes. More specifically, they concluded the following: (i) CD: high achievement rates, (ii) ADHD: high achievement rates, (iii) ID: satisfactory rates performance, (iv) ASD: satisfactory performance rates, (v) SLD: low performance rates, aggravating factor of empathy, (vi) Comorbidities: additionally, affect performance rates. The use of the tablet with the appropriate digital software can contribute to speech therapy diagnosis procedures and provides new evidence for attention deficit disorders that should be investigated in the future. | en |
