| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία εκπονήθηκε για το τμήμα Λογιστικής και Χρηματοοικονομικής της Σχολής Οικονομικών και Διοικητικών Επιστημών του Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων. Στο σύγχρονο κοινωνικό - οικονομικό περιβάλλον και στην Οικονομική - Λογιστική Διαχείριση έργων η ύπαρξη Ολοκληρωμένου Πληροφοριακού Σύστηματος (ΟΠΣ) Κρατικών Ενισχύσεων είναι απαραίτητη, πόσο μάλλον όταν έχουμε να διαχειριστούμε αρχαιολογικό έργο με σκοπό να δοθεί στο κοινό, ως τουριστικό αξιοθέατο, ως επισκέψιμος χώρος. Ο κλάδος του πολιτισμού αποκτά μεγάλη σημασία, και αναδεικνύεται ως ο τέταρτος στυλοβάτης της βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης, ο συγκεκριμένος κλάδος δραστηριοποιείται οριζόντια και επικουρικά μαζί με τους υπόλοιπους τρείς, δηλαδή των κλάδων του περιβάλλοντος, της κοινωνίας και της οικονομίας. Λαμβάνοντα; υπόψη τα παραπάνω, η ανάδειξη, προστασία και βιώσιμη αξιοποίηση των έργων πολιτιστικού ενδιαφέροντος και στην περίπτωσή μας, των αρχαιολογικών έργων, θεωρείται ως μία από τις πιο σημαντικές στρατηγικές κατευθύνσεις μιας περιοχής, μιας χώρας, η οποία μπορεί να επιταχύνει ην πολυεπίπεδη ανάπτυξη του τόπου, μέσω του πολιτιστικού τουρισμού. Κάτω από αυτό το πρίσμα, η συγκεκριμένη πτυχιακή εργασία παραθέτει τα μεγαλύτερα αρχαιολογικά έργα τα οποία βρίσκονται χωροταξικά στην Περιφέρεια Ηπείρου, επιχειρεί να μελετήσει όσο πιο αναλυτικά και κατανοητά γίνεται αρχαιολογικό έργο ενταγμένο στο ΕΣΠΑ - Εταιρικό Σύμφωνο για το Πλαίσιο Ανάπτυξης της περιόδου 2014 - 2020 της Περιφέρειας Ηπείρου δια μέσω του περιβάλλοντος της εφαρμογής (ΟΠΣ) Ολοκληρωμένο Πληροφοριακό Σύστημα Κρατικών Ενισχύσεων αλλά και της αναλυτικής Οικονομικής και Λογιστικής Διαχείρισής του. Επίσης παρατίθεται συνέντευξη από γνώστη της εφαρμογής (ΟΠΣ) Ολοκληρωμένο Πληροφοριακό Σύστημα, ο οποίος μοιράζεται χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για το περιβάλλον, το χειρισμό, την χρησιμότητα και γενικά την σημαντικότητα του εν λόγω συστήματος όσον αφορά την ένταξη του έργου, την καταχώρηση δαπανών, τα αιτήματα κατανομής και γενικότερα την πορεία ενός αρχαιολογικού έργου ενταγμένο στο ΕΣΠΑ - Εταιρικό Σύμφωνο για το Πλαίσιο Ανάπτυξης. | el |
| heal.abstract | This diploma thesis was prepared for the Department of Accounting and Finance of the School of Economics and Administrative Sciences of the University of Ioannina. In the modern social-economic environment and in the Economic-Accounting Management of projects, the existence of an Integrated Information System (IIS) of State Aids is essential, especially when we have to manage an archaeological project with the aim of giving it to the public, as a tourist attraction, as a place to be visited. The culture sector is gaining great importance, is emerging as the fourth pillar of sustainable development, this sector operates horizontally and ancillary to the triptych of the other three, namely the environment, the society and the economy. In view of the above, the promotion, the protection and sustainable utilization of cultural works and in our case, archaeological works, is considered as one of the most important strategic directions of a region, a country, which can accelerate its multi-level development, through cultural tourism. Under this light, the specific thesis lists epigrammatically the largest archaeological projects which are spatially located in the Region of Epirus, attempts to study as analytically and comprehensibly as possible an archaeological project included in the NSRF - National Strategic Reference of Framework period 2014-2020 of the Region of Epirus through the prism of the application Integrated Information System (IIS) of State Aids but also of its detailed Financial and Accounting Management.. Also listed is an interview with an Integrated Information System (IIS) of State Aids application expert, who shares useful information on the environment, handling, utility and overall importance of the said system in terms of project integration, cost entry, allocation requests and more generally the progress of an archaeological project included in the NSRF - National Strategic Reference of Framework.
