| heal.abstract | Ως ανεξάρτητη σφαίρα δραστηριότητας, η διοίκηση έχει κολλήσει ανάμεσα στο επάγγελμα, την τέχνη, τη μίμηση άλλων δραστηριοτήτων προς το συμφέρον της επιχείρησης και την άσκηση των λειτουργιών ελέγχου. Οι παράγοντες που συμβάλλουν και παρεμποδίζουν τον επαγγελματισμό της διοίκησης αργά ή γρήγορα θα οδηγήσουν σε αλλαγή του επαγγελματικού περιεχομένου και της θέσης της. Σημαντικό ρόλο σε αυτή τη διαδικασία διαδραματίζει η αλλαγή στη θέση άλλων επαγγελμάτων που αντιμετωπίζουν παγκόσμιες προκλήσεις όπως η διεθνοποίηση και η αστάθεια των αγορών, το στένωση του χώρου επαγγελματικής αυτορρύθμισης, η κρίση της επαγγελματικής εκπαίδευσης που υστερεί σε αλλαγές στη γνώση, και ανάγκες, η χωρική διάσπαση των εταιρικών τμημάτων, η εξέλιξη των ελεγκτικών μηχανισμών που αποκτούν όλο και πιο απομακρυσμένο και κατανεμημένο χαρακτήρα. Στο σημερινό περιβάλλον λοιπόν είναι εξαιρετικά σημαντικό να προσδιοριστούν τα ιδανικά χαρακτηριστικά του μελλοντικού ηγέτη μίας επιχείρησης. Στην παρούσα εργασία, αφού πρώτα γίνει βιβλιογραφική επισκόπηση του θέματος, λαμβάνει χώρα έρευνα για τον προσδιορισμό των επιθυμητών χαρακτηριστικών μέσα από τη μέθοδο ΑΗΡ. | el |
| heal.abstract | As an independent sphere of activity, management is stuck between the profession, the art, the imitation of other activities in the interest of the enterprise and the exercise of control functions. The factors that contribute to and hinder the professionalism of management will sooner or later lead to a change in its professional content and position. An important role in this process is played by the change in the position of other professions facing global challenges such as internationalisation and market instability, the narrowing of the space for professional self-regulation, the crisis of professional education lagging behind in changes in knowledge, and needs, the spatial dispersion of corporate departments, the evolution of control mechanisms that are becoming increasingly remote and distributed. In today's environment it is therefore extremely important to identify the ideal characteristics of the future leader of a company.
