heal.abstractΗ παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία ασχολείται με το ποτάμι της Έρκυνας στην Λιβαδειά, στο νομό Βοιωτίας, και την διαδρομή που χαράζει μέσα στην πόλη. Αρχικά, πραγματοποιήθηκε μία έρευνα σχετικά με την ιστορία και το περιβάλλον (φυσικό και αστικό) του ποταμού. Μέσα από αυτή την έρευνα επισημάνθηκαν τα εξής προβλήματα: • Η μικρή δυνατότητα πρόσβασης στο ποτάμι της Έρκυνας, μέσα στην παραποτάμια περιοχή της Λιβαδειάς, από τον άνθρωπο • Ελάχιστη αξιοποίηση του ποταμού σε αρχιτεκτονικό επίπεδο από το δήμο • Λίγοι , ακόμα και μη κατάλληλα, σχεδιασμένοι δημόσιοι χώροι κατά μήκος της Έρκυνας αλλά και σε όλη την πόλη της Λιβαδειάς • Έλλειψη περιβαλλοντικής συνείδησης από τους κατοίκους προς το ποτάμι της Έρκυνας Η εργασία αυτή προσπαθεί να φέρει πιο κοντά τον άνθρωπο με το ποτάμι της Έρκυνας, όχι απλώς για την βελτίωση της εικόνας της παραποτάμιας περιοχής της Λιβαδειάς. Η παρούσα εργασία προσπαθεί να δημιουργήσει μία φιλική σχέση ανάμεσα στον άνθρωπο και το ποτάμι, σχεδιάζοντας χώρους που μέσω των εμπειριών που δίνουν στον περαστικό, θα τον κάνουν να αναθεωρήσει τη σχέση του με την Έρκυνα.el
heal.abstractThe following dissertation is about the river of Erkyna in Levadeia, in the prefecture of Boeotia and the path it carves through the town. Firstly, a research was made concerning the history and environment (natural and urban) of the river. With this research, the following problems were pointed out: • The small accessibility to the river of Erkyna, through the riverside of Levadeia, by man • The minimum utilization of the river in an architectural level by the municipality • Few, even inappropriate, planned public spaces along Erkyna and even the whole town of Levadeia • Lack of environmental conscience by the citizens inhabitants towards the river of Erkyna This project attempts to bring people closer with the river of Erkyna, not simply to improve upon the view of the riverside of Levadeia. This project endeavors to create a friendly relationship between people and the river, by designing spaces who with the experiences they give to the passerby, they will make him reconsider his relationship with Erkyna.en
