| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η εκμετάλλευση του Ελαιώνα της Άμφισσας, με στόχο της βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη, την ενίσχυση συμμετοχής πολιτών στα πολιτιστικά αγαθά και την ανάδειξη, προβολή και προώθηση του ελαιοπαραγωγικού πολιτισμού, μέσα από μια σύνθεση, που θα επιτυγχάνει μια ομαλή συνύπαρξη της ελαιοπαραγωγής με άλλες δραστηριότητες, ανοικτές προς τους ελαιοπαραγωγούς και τους επισκέπτες του χώρου. Μια πρόταση, που αναδεικνύει και συντονίζει την ελαιοκαλλιέργεια και παράλληλα, προωθεί τα παραγόμενα προϊόντα. Έχει επιλεχθεί μια εγκαταλελειμμένη μονάδα επεξεργασίας ελαίων – ελαιοπυρήνα, με σκοπό την επανάχρηση του οικοπέδου. Η συγκεκριμένη μονάδα βρίσκεται στον Ελαιώνα, στο 2ο χλμ. κατά μήκος του άξονα του δρόμου Άμφισσας – Ιτέας, μια περιοχή που ανήκει στην Ζώνη Α (περιοχή αδόμητη και απολύτου προστασίας). Σύμφωνα με Υπουργική Απόφαση, εντός της συγκεκριμένης Ζώνης απαγορεύεται η δόμηση, καθώς και η κάθε δραστηριότητα, που είναι δυνατό να επιβαρύνει με άμεσο ή έμμεσο τρόπο το Δελφικό τοπίο. Ωστόσο, επιτρέπονται έργα συντήρησης, αποκατάστασης, επισκευής, που έχουν ως σκοπό την προστασία, φύλαξη και βελτίωση του τόπου. Όσον αφορά την συγκεκριμένη περίπτωση, για τις υφιστάμενες και μόνο, μονάδες επεξεργασίας ελαιόκαρπου επιτρέπεται ο εκσυγχρονισμός τους, μετά από γνωμοδότηση από το Κεντρικό Αρχαιολογικό Συμβούλιο για κάθε μια μονάδα ξεχωριστά και εντός όμως των σημερινών ορίων ιδιοκτησιών τους, και εφ’ όσον έχουν την έγκριση και τις προδιαγραφές, που απαιτούνται από τις διατάξεις και τη νομοθεσία των Υπουργείων, όπου υπάγονται. Ως ακολούθως, στην νέα πρόταση διατηρείται η γεωμετρία του κτιρίου, το καθορισμένο ύψος του και η χρήση στέγης (4,5 μ. συμπεριλαμβανομένης της στέγης). Εξ αιτίας αυτού, όλες οι δραστηριότητες οργανώνονται σε μια στάθμη, την ισόγεια, που μέσω ενός κεντρικού άξονα συσχετίζονται όλοι οι προσβάσιμοι χώροι. Η λειτουργία ενός χώρου μόνιμης έκθεσης ενός παλαιού ελαιουργείου, η χρήση βιβλιοθήκης – αναγνωστήριο, σε συνδυασμό με την λειτουργία ενός μικρού, πρότυπου, νέου ελαιουργείου δημιουργούν βάσεις για ανάγνωση, εκμάθηση και προώθηση του πολιτιστικού αποθέματος της περιοχής. Ο χώρος μόνιμης έκθεσης, ένας χώρος εστίασης, ένα μικρό πωλητήριο τοπικών προϊόντων και η βιβλιοθήκη – αναγνωστήριο οργανώνονται τριγύρω από τον χώρο υποδοχής. Ενώ, ο χώρος του νέου ελαιουργείου και ο χώρος του εργαστηρίου τοποθετούνται στην βόρεια όψη, στο τελευταίο κτίσμα της μονάδας, κυρίως για λόγους ασφαλείας και ηχομόνωσης. Η χρήση της στέγης είναι απαραίτητη, σύμφωνα με τη νομοθεσία που έχει θεσπιστεί για την συγκεκριμένη ζώνη του Δελφικού τοπίου. Όσον αφορά την επιλογή υλικών και την μορφολογία τους, έγινε με τρόπο ώστε να δημιουργηθεί μια σύνθεση, που θα αρμόζει στο σημείο αφετηρίας – τον Ελαιώνα. | el |
| heal.abstract | The purpose of this thesis is the exploitation of the Olive Grove of Amfissa, with the aim of sustainable development, the strengthening of citizen participation in cultural goods and the highlighting, promotion and promotion of the olive-producing culture, through a composition that will achieve a smooth coexistence of olive production with other activities, open to olive producers and visitors to the site. A proposal that highlights and coordinates olive cultivation and, at the same time, promotes the products produced. An abandoned oil processing unit - olive kernel - has been selected, with the aim of reusing the plot. The specific unit is located in Eleonas, at the 2nd km along the axis of the Amfissa - Itea road, an area that belongs to Zone A (unstructured and absolute protection area). According to a Ministerial Decision, building within the specific Zone is prohibited, as well as any activity that may directly or indirectly burden the Delphic landscape. However, maintenance projects, restoration projects and repair projects are allowed, which have the purpose of protecting, guarding and improving the site. Regarding the specific case, for the existing olive processing units only, their modernization is allowed, after an opinion from the Central Archaeological Council for each unit separately and within the current boundaries of their properties, and as long as they have the approval and the specifications required by the provisions and legislation of the Ministries, where they fall under. As follows, the new proposal maintains the geometry of the building, its specified height and the use of the roof (4.5 m including the roof). Because of this, all activities are organized on one level, the ground floor, where all the accessible spaces are related through a central axis. The operation of a permanent exhibition space of an old oil mill, the use of a library, in combination with the operation of a new, small, oil press model create bases for reading, learning and promoting the cultural stock of the region. The permanent exhibition area, a dining area, a small shop of local products and the library are organized around the reception area. Meanwhile, the area of the new oil press and the laboratory area are placed on the north side, in the last building of the unit, mainly for safety and sound insulation reasons. The use of the roof is necessary, according to the legislation established for the specific zone of the Delphic landscape. Regarding the choice of materials and their morphology, it was done in such a way as to create a composition that would suit the starting point – the Olive Grove. | el |
