| heal.abstract | Η νόσος Crohn παρουσιάζει σημαντική αύξηση όσον αφορά στον επιπολασμό κατά τα τελευταία χρόνια, απασχολώντας όλο και περισσότερο την επιστημονική κοινότητα αλλά και τους παρόχους υγειονομικής φροντίδας. Δεδομένου ότι τα συμπτώματα της νόσου έχουν σημαντικές επιπτώσεις στην ποιότητα ζωής του ασθενούς και την λειτουργικότητά του, η νοσηλευτική υποστήριξη είναι άμεση, ήδη από τα πρώτα κιόλας στάδια. Η φλεγμονή αυτή μπορεί να επηρεάζει τους ασθενείς τόσο σε σωματικό όσο και σε ψυχολογικό επίπεδο εξαιτίας των διαρκών συμπτωμάτων. Οι σύγχρονες θεραπείες εστιάζουν στην αυτοδιαχείριση με στόχο την σταδιακή αυτονομία. Μια από τις πιο καινοτόμες θεραπείες είναι τα anti-TNFa μονοκλωνικά αντισώματα. Στη κατηγορία αυτή υπάγονται τα φάρμακα infliximab και adalimumab. Στόχος, λοιπόν, της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι να παρουσιαστεί ο ρόλος του νοσηλευτή στην καταγραφή των Anti-TNFa θεραπειών σε ασθενείς οι οποίοι έχουν διαγνωστεί με την νόσο Crohn. Ειδικότερα δίνεται έμφαση στα δημογραφικά χαρακτηριστικά των ασθενών, τα χαρακτηριστικά της νόσου και κυρίως στην έκταση, την διάρκεια, την βαρύτητα, τις εντερικές και εξωεντερικές εκδηλώσεις αλλά και την αποτελεσματικότητα και ασφάλεια της θεραπείας. Μετά την βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση, παρατίθενται ο μεθοδολογικός σχεδιασμός και τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας. | heal.abstract | Crohn's disease has shown a significant increase in prevalence in recent years, increasingly concerning the scientific community as well as health care providers. Since the symptoms of the disease have a significant impact on the patient's quality of life and functionality, nursing support is immediate, from the very first stages. This inflammation can affect patients both physically and psychologically due to the persistent symptoms. Modern treatments focus on self-management with the goal of gradual independence. One of the most innovative treatments is anti-TNFα monoclonal antibodies. This category includes the drugs infliximab and adalimumab. Therefore, the aim of this thesis is to present the role of the nurse in the registration of ANTI-TNFa treatments in patients who have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease. In particular, emphasis is placed on the demographic characteristics of the patients, the characteristics of the disease and above all on the extent, duration, severity, intestinal and extraintestinal manifestations as well as the effectiveness and safety of the treatment. After the literature review, the methodological design and results of the research are listed. Regarding the literature review, the key words are presented below. | en |
