heal.abstractΑντικείμενο μελέτης της εργασίας είναι τα παιχνίδια της Αμβρακίας, όπως είναι γνωστά μέσα από τα αρχαιολογικά ευρήματα των ανασκαφών στην πόλη της Άρτας. Μελετήθηκαν συνολικά 200 αντικείμενα ανά είδος (πλαγγόνες, πλαταγές, αστράγαλοι, επιτραπέζιο παιχνίδι, κύβοι). Έγινε προσπάθεια μέσα από την προέλευσή τους, δηλαδή εάν βρέθηκαν στα νεκροταφεία, σε ιερά ή σε οικίες, να ανιχνευθεί και να γίνει κατανοητή η χρήση και η ερμηνεία τους. Τα παιχνίδια της Αμβρακίας αναπτύσσονται στο δεύτερο μέρος της εργασίας. Στο πρώτο μέρος, προηγήθηκε η επισκόπηση του παιχνιδιού στην αρχαιότητα. Παρουσιάζονται τα παιχνίδια μέσα από τις αρχαίες πηγές και από την τέχνη και αναζητήθηκε η σύνδεσή τους με τα στάδια του ανθρώπινου βίου. Επίσης, παρουσιάσθηκαν οι απόψεις μελετητών σχετικά με την ταξινόμηση των αρχαίων παιχνιδιών και τέλος έγινε αναφορά σε δημοφιλή παιχνίδια της αρχαιότητας.el
heal.abstractThe object of study of the paper is the toys of Ambracia, as they are known through the archaeological findings of the excavations in the city of Arta. A total of 200 objects per species were studied (articulated dolls, rattles, knucklebones, a board game, dice). An attempt was made through their origin, i.e. if they were found in cemeteries, shrines or houses, to detect and understand their use and interpretation. The toys of Ambracia are developed in the second part of the paper. In the first part, the overview of the game in antiquity preceded. Toys and games are presented through ancient literature and art and their connection with the stages of human life is sought. Also, the opinions of scholars regarding the classification of ancient games were presented and finally a reference was made to popular games of antiquity.en
