heal.abstract	Η διπλωματική εργασία αφορά τον σχεδιασμό της θαλάσσιας περιοχής στο στενό μεταξύ της Μεγαρίδος και της νήσου Σαλαμίνας. Η πρόταση, μέσω της διερεύνησης και χαρτογράφησης των χερσαίων και θαλάσσιων χρήσεων του Πόρου στην τωρινή κατάσταση, εστιάζει στον ανασχεδιασμό τεσσάρων επιμέρους περιοχών, πρώτον του Διαύλου, δεύτερον του Όρμου Αγ. Γεωργίου, τρίτον του Όρμου Βουρκαρίου και τέταρτον της Νήσου Ρεβυθούσας. Οι παραπάνω περιοχές μέσω μεθόδων που λαμβάνουν υπόψιν τα υφιστάμενα χαρακτηριστικά τους, αναδιαμορφώνονται, αναπτύσσονται και μετατρέπονται σε νησιά υπερτοπικών υποδομών βιομηχανικού, περιβαλλοντικού και ψυχαγωγικού χαρακτήρα που θα εξυπηρετούν τις ανάγκες της περιοχής στο μέλλον. Εγκαταστάσεις φυσικού αερίου, βιώσιμα περιβαλλοντικά πάρκα, υποδομές υδατοκαλλιεργειών, πλωτά θερμοκήπια και μια νέα μαρίνα απαντούν στο φαινόμενο της συνύπαρξης ετερόκλητων χρήσεων σε θαλάσσιο έδαφος. Η εγκατάσταση πολλαπλών δράσεων πάνω στη θάλασσα ενδυναμώνεται με την ενεργοποίηση ενός δικτύου χερσαίων και θαλάσσιων μεταφορών για τη δημιουργία μια πόλης εν πλώ .	el
heal.abstract	The diploma thesis deals with the planning of the marine area in the strait between the area of Megarida and the island of Salami - na. The proposal, through the investigation and mapping of the land and sea uses of Poros in its current state, focuses on re - designing four individual areas; the Water - way, Agios Georgios Bay, Vourkari Bay and Revithoussa Island. Using methods that take into account existing characteristics, the areas mentioned above are reshaped, developed and transformed into islands of hyperlocal industrial, environmental and recreational infrastructure that will serve the needs of the area in the future. Liquified natural gas facilities, sustainable environ - mental parks, aquaculture infrastructure, floating greenhouses and a new marina re - spond to the phenomenon of the coexistence of diverse uses on the sea surface. The establishment of multiple actions on the sea is empowered by the activation of a network of land and sea transport in order to create a floating city.	el
