| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα μελέτη αποτελεί μία προσπάθεια του γράφοντος να προσεγγίσει τους πρωταγωνιστές της Ελληνικής Επανάστασης του 1821 καθώς και τους απογόνους τους, μέσα στο πλαίσιο της Συνταγματικής Μοναρχίας υπό το πρίσμα των πολιτικών πελατειακών σχέσεων. Το συγκεκριμένο θέμα αποτέλεσε έναυσμα για την παρακολούθηση της διαμόρφωσης της πολιτικής πορείας αυτών των προσώπων καθώς και της προσπάθειάς τους να παρουσιαστούν ως πολιτικές προσωπικότητες ενός κράτους δυτικού τύπου, χωρίς όμως να καταφέρνουν τελικά να λησμονήσουν πρακτικές του απώτερου παρελθόντος τους, απομεινάρια μιας προνεωτερικής εποχής. Πρόσωπα τα οποία ανδρώθηκαν στα όρια μιας προνεωτερικής Αυτοκρατορίας, κλήθηκαν να προσαρμοστούν στα νέα δεδομένα, καταφεύγοντας σε γνώριμες πρακτικές, μεταξύ των οποίων και σε εκείνη της προστασίας, η οποία αποδείχθηκε ικανή να τους εξυπηρετήσει και στο νέο πολιτειακό καθεστώς. Έτσι παρά το γεγονός ότι το νέο πολιτικό σύστημα της συνταγματικής μοναρχίας είχε προορισθεί από τους εισηγητές του, να υποκαταστήσει τα προγενέστερα, ουσιαστικά όμως αποτέλεσε έναν συγκερασμό του δυτικού τύπου κράτους και της παραδοσιακής κοινωνίας, μέσα στα πλαίσια βέβαια της συνταγματικής μονιμότητας. | el |
| heal.abstract | The present study is an attempt by the author to approach the protagonists of the Greek Revolution of 1821 as well as their descendants, within the framework of the Constitutional Monarchy in the light of political clientelism. This issue was a trigger for monitoring the shaping of the political course of these persons as well as their attempt to present themselves as political figures of a Western-style state, but without finally managing to forget practices of their distant past, remnants of a premodern era. Persons who grew up on the edge of a premodern Empire were called upon to adapt to the new realities, resorting to familiar practices, including that of protection, which proved capable of serving them in the new state regime. Thus, despite the fact that the new political system of the constitutional monarchy had been intended by its rapporteurs to replace the previous ones, it was essentially a fusion of the Western type of state and traditional society, within the framework of constitutional permanence, of course. | en |
