| heal.abstract | Η απροσεξία, η αδυναμία συγκέντρωσης, η υπερκινητικότητα και ο παρορμητισμός που συνοδεύουν τη Διαταραχή Ελλειματικής Προσοχής και Υπερκινητικότητας, (ΔΕΠΥ), συνδέονται με προβλήματα στην οργάνωση και την ολοκλήρωση μιας εργασίας με αποτέλεσμα τα άτομα αυτά να μην καταφέρνουν να πετύχουν τους στόχους τους και να δέχονται αρνητική κριτική από γονείς και εκπαιδευτικούς. Τα παιδιά αυτά έχουν αρνητικές ακαδημαϊκές επιδόσεις αλλά και δυσκολίες στην προσωπική και κοινωνική τους ανάπτυξη, οι οποίες είναι καθοριστικές και στην υπόλοιπη ζωή τους. Για το λόγο αυτό γίνονται προσπάθειες πρώιμης παρέμβασης προκειμένου να βελτιωθούν τα ελλείματα και να ενισχυθούν οι δυνατότητές τους σε τέτοιο βαθμό, ώστε τα παιδιά αυτά να συμμετέχουν με όσο το δυνατόν ίσους όρους στη σχολική κοινότητα. Σκοπός της μελέτης είναι να αναδείξουμε την επίδραση που έχει η φυσική άσκηση και κυρίως η συστηματική ενασχόληση με τις πολεμικές τέχνες στην βελτίωση των συμπτωμάτων των παιδιών με ΔΕΠΥ, αλλά και να αναζητήσουμε τις απόψεις των γονέων και των εκπαιδευτών στο θέμα αυτό . Η μέθοδος που θα ακολουθήσουμε είναι η βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση μέσα από την αρθρογραφία και η χρήση ερωτηματολόγιου σε γονείς και εκπαιδευτικούς. | el |
| heal.abstract | The carelessness, inability to concentrate, hyperactivity and impulsivity that accompany Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) are associated with problems in the organization and completion of a task with the result that these individuals fail to achieve their goals and accept Negative criticism from parents and teachers. These children have negative academic performance but also difficulties in their personal and social development, which are crucial in the rest of their lives. For this reason, early intervention efforts are made in order to improve the deficits and to strengthen their potential to such an extent that these children participate on an equal footing in the school community. The purpose of the study is to highlight the effect of physical exercise and especially the systematic involvement with martial arts in the development and improvement of the symptoms of children with ADHD, but also to seek the views of parents and educators on this issue. The method we will follow is the literature review through the articles and the use of a questionnaire to parents and teachers. | en |
