| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία διερευνά τη διαλειτουργικότητα εκπαίδευσης και επιχειρηματικότητας, αφενός αποτυπώνοντας βιβλιογραφικά την υφιστάμενη κατάσταση και τις σχετικές προοπτικές, και αφετέρου λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τα αποτελέσματα σχετικής έρευνας ερωτηματολογίου που διενεργείται στο πλαίσιο της εργασίας, εστιάζοντας στη δευτεροβάθμια και τριτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση στη χώρα μας. Απώτερος στόχος της έρευνας ερωτηματολογίου είναι να αξιολογήσει αν γνώσεις και ιδέες γύρω από τις έννοιες της επιχειρηματικότητας και της καινοτομίας ελήφθησαν επαρκώς από την δευτεροβάθμια ή την τριτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση και αν η συγκεκριμένη γνώση δίνει την δυνατότητα αναγνώρισης των κινήτρων και των εμποδίων που θα προκύψουν ώστε να δημιουργηθεί μια επιχείρηση, αλλά και να επιβιώσει εν συνεχεία βιώσιμα. Μεθοδολογικά, για την πραγματοποίηση της βιβλιογραφικής επισκόπησης χρησιμοποιήθηκαν άρθρα οικονομικών και εκπαιδευτικών περιοδικών και άλλων δημοσιεύσεων που θίγουν το θέμα της επιχειρηματικής εκπαίδευσης σε όλες τις βαθμίδες εκπαίδευσης. Επιπλέον, για την ιστορική ανασκόπηση της επιχειρηματικής εκπαίδευσης έγινε παρουσίαση των Εκθέσεων της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής, που σχετίζονται με το θέμα, των θέσεων του Συνδέσμου Ελλήνων Βιομηχάνων και μια μικρή παρουσίαση των μαθημάτων επιχειρηματικότητας των ανώτατων ιδρυμάτων πανεπιστημιακής εκπαίδευσης στην Ελλάδα. Η εργασία υποστηρίζεται εν συνεχεία επιστημονικά με την υλοποίηση έρευνας ερωτηματολογίου που αποδελτιώνει την άποψη των συμμετεχόντων σχετικά με το βαθμό επίδρασης της εκπαίδευσης στην όποια εκδηλωμένη επιχειρηματικότητα. Τέλος, γίνεται παρουσίαση των αποτελεσμάτων της εργασίας και παράθεση των βιβλιογραφικών αναφορών. | el |
| heal.abstract | This thesis explores the interoperability of education and entrepreneurship, on the one hand, by documenting the current situation and the relevant perspectives, and on the other hand, taking into account the results of a relevant questionnaire survey carried out as part of the thesis, focusing on secondary and higher education in Greece. The ultimate goal of the questionnaire survey is to assess whether knowledge and ideas around the concepts of entrepreneurship and innovation have been sufficiently obtained from secondary or higher education and whether this knowledge enables the recognition of the motivations and obstacles that will arise in order to create a business, but also to subsequently operate sustainably. Methodologically, articles from financial and educational journals and other publications that touch on the subject of business education at all levels of education were used to carry out the bibliographic review. In addition, for the historical review of business education, there was a presentation of the Reports of the European Commission, related to the subject, the positions of the Association of Greek Industrialists and a small presentation of the entrepreneurship courses of the highest university education institutions in Greece. The work is then scientifically supported by the implementation of a questionnaire survey that evaluates the opinion of the participants regarding the degree of effect of education on any manifested entrepreneurship.
