| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να διερευνηθούν οι απόψεις των νηπιαγωγών σε σχέση με την εφαρμογή της Βιωματικής Μάθησης στα Εργαστήρια Δεξιοτήτων. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, η μεθοδολογία που ακολουθήθηκε ήταν η ποιοτική έρευνα, με τρόπο συλλογής των δεδομένων τις ημιδομημένες συνεντεύξεις. Το δείγμα περιελάμβανε 7 νηπιαγωγούς που υλοποιούν θεματικές ενότητες των Εργαστηρίων Δεξιοτήτων σε διάφορες πόλεις της χώρας. Όσο αφορά τη δομή της εργασίας, περιλαμβάνει 8 κεφάλαια διαχωρισμένα σε δύο κυρίως μέρη, το θεωρητικό και το ερευνητικό. Στα πρώτα κεφάλαια γίνεται η βιβλιογραφική επισκόπηση των θεωριών, των μορφών αλλά και των γενικών αρχών της Βιωματικής Μάθησης. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο, αποτυπώνεται ο ρόλος του εκπαιδευτικού, ενώ στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται τα Εργαστήρια Δεξιοτήτων. Περνώντας στο δεύτερο μέρος της εργασίας, περιγράφεται η μεθοδολογία, ο τρόπος συλλογής των δεδομένων , το δείγμα αλλά και οι ηθικές εκτιμήσεις. Στο όγδοο κεφάλαιο, παρουσιάζονται τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας ενώ στο τελευταίο κεφάλαιο συντελείται η ανάλυσή τους. Κάποια από τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας ανέδειξαν τη συμβολή της Βιωματικής Μάθησης τόσο στην εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία, όσο και στους/στις μαθητές/τριες. Επιπλέον, φαίνεται ότι όλες οι συμμετέχουσες της έρευνας υλοποιούν θεματικές ενότητες από τα Εργαστήρια Δεξιοτήτων όπως ορίζει και το Υπουργείο Παιδείας και Θρησκευμάτων. Τέλος, και οι 7 συμμετέχουσες τόνισαν την άμεση σχέση της Βιωματικής Μάθησης με τα Εργαστήρια Δεξιοτήτων. | el |
| heal.abstract | The purpose of this study is to explore the views of kindergarten teachers in relation to the application of Experiential Learning in Skills Workshops. The methodology was a qualitative research, in a way of collecting data from semi- structured interviews. The sample includes 7 kindergarten teachers who implement thematic units of the Skills Workshops in various cities of Greece. Regarding the structure of the study, it includes 8 chapters divided into two main parts, the theoretical and the research. The first chapters provide a bibliographic overview of the theories, forms and general principles of Experiential Learning. The fourth chapter describes the role of the educator, while the fifth chapter presents the Skills Workshops. In the second part, the way of data collection, the sample and the ethical assessments are described. In eighth chapter, the results of the research are presented and in the last one, their analysis takes place. Some of the results of the research highlighted the contribution of Experiential Learning to both the educational process and the students. In addition, it seems that all participants implement thematic units from the Skills Workshops as defined by the Ministry of Education and Religions. Finally, all 7 participants emphasized the direct relationship of Experiential Learning with Skills Workshops. | en |
