| heal.abstract | Η δωρεά αιμοποιητικών βλαστικών κυττάρων (HSC) θεωρείται ασφαλής διαδικασία. Ωστόσο, η ανεκτίμητη ηθική πηγή της δωρεάς και ο κεντρικός ρόλος της στη μεταμόσχευση συνεπάγεται, στο ότι πρέπει να καταβληθεί κάθε προσπάθεια, για την ανακούφιση των πιθανών δυσκολιών που αντιμετωπίζει ο δότης. Η παρούσα μελέτη ασχολείται με τη βιωμένη εμπειρία δοτών αναφορικά με τη δωρεά μυελού των οστών/αιμοποιητικών κυττάρων και επιμέρους στόχοι είναι η διερεύνηση της ενημερωμένης συναίνεσης του δότη, η φροντίδα των δωρητών και η ευαισθητοποίηση του κοινού για τη δωρεά μυελού των οστών. Αρχικά, στην εργασία γίνεται αναφορά στη δωρεά μυελού των οστών/αιμοποιητικών κυττάρων, όπου αναφέρεται η σημασία της φροντίδας του δότη. Επίσης, γίνεται αναφορά στις ανεπιθύμητες αντιδράσεις των δωρητών και στη σημασία της ενημερωμένης συναίνεσης. Το θεωρητικό μέρος ολοκληρώνεται με αναφορά στην ενδεχόμενη μεταγενέστερη δωρεά του δότη και στη σημασία της παρακολούθησής του. Στο δεύτερο μέρος της εργασίας πραγματοποιείται μια ποιοτική έρευνα με τη χρήση ημιδομημένων συνεντεύξεων σε εθελοντές δότες μυελού των οστών/αιμοποιητικών κυττάρων. Στην παρούσα έρευνα συμμετείχαν έξι εθελοντές δωρητές. Για την ανάλυση των δεδομένων χρησιμοποιήθηκε η θεματική ανάλυση. Επίσης, η ανάλυση των δεδομένων στην παρούσα έρευνα δεν περιλαμβάνει τη χρήση εξειδικευμένων λογισμικών προγραμμάτων. Προσδιορίστηκαν έξι θέματα σχετικά με την εμπειρία της δωρεάς. Τα συμπεράσματα που προκύπτουν από την έρευνα είναι ιδιαίτερα ενθαρρυντικά για τις στάσεις των δοτών σχετικά με τη δωρεά. Οι δότες ως επί το πλείστον είναι εθελοντές αιμοδότες. Επίσης, παρά τις σωματικές και ψυχολογικές επιπτώσεις της δωρεάς είναι πρόθυμοι για μεταγενέστερη δωρεά. Νιώθουν περήφανοι, ξεχωριστεί και συγκινούνται όταν σκέφτονται τη διαδικασία. Η έγκυρη ενημέρωση κατά την πρόσληψη τους και κατά την συγκατάθεση τους είναι απαραίτητη για αποδειχθεί η ελευθερία μιας αλτρουιστικής πράξης. | el |
| heal.abstract | The donation of hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) is considered to be a safe procedure. However, the invaluable ethical source of donation and its central role in transplantation implies that every effort should be made to alleviate the potential difficulties faced by the donor. The present study deals with the experienced experience of donors regarding bone marrow / hematopoietic cell donation and sub objectives are to investigate the informed consent of the donor, to care for donors and to raise public awareness of bone marrow donation. Initially, the work refers to bone marrow / hematopoietic cell donation, which mentions the importance of donor care. Reference is also made to adverse donor reactions and the importance of informed consent. The theoretical part concludes with a reference to the possible subsequent donation of the donor and the importance of its follow-up. In the second part of the work a qualitative research is carried out using semi-structured interviews with volunteer bone marrow / hematopoietic cell donors. Six volunteer donors participated in the present study. Thematic analysis was used for data analysis. Also, the analysis of data in the present study does not involve the use of specialized software programs. Six issues related to the donation experience were identified. The findings of the survey are particularly encouraging for donors' attitudes toward the donation. Donors are mostly voluntary blood donors. Also, despite the physical and psychological effects of the donation, they are willing to subsequent donation. They feel proud, stand out and excited when they think of the process. Valid information upon their recruitment and consent is necessary to demonstrate the freedom of an altruistic act. | en |
