| heal.abstract | Οι κλινικές προσεγγίσεις για την πρόγνωση και την θεραπεία των ασθενών με αγγειακό εγκεφαλικό επεισόδιο γίνονται ολοένα και πιο περίπλοκες, έτσι η συνεχής ενημέρωση και η ανάπτυξη νέων δεξιοτήτων του ιατρονοσηλευτικού προσωπικού είναι αναγκαία για τη εφαρμογή καθημερινών πράξεων και την επίλυση προβλημάτων. Η χρήση της τεχνητής νοημοσύνης ( ΑΙ) στην καθημερινή πρακτική βοηθάει, ως ένα μεγάλο βαθμό, την εξαγωγή δεδομένων και πληροφοριών που καθιστούν τη διάγνωση και τη θεραπεία αποτελεσματική και μειώνει το ποσοστό θνησιμότητας. Η ανάγκη κατανόησης της χρήσης τεχνητής νοημοσύνης στους ασθενείς με αγγειακό εγκεφαλικό επεισόδιο και πώς αυτή επιδρά στην ποιότητα ζωής των ασθενών, με οδήγησαν στην αναζήτηση άρθρων μέσα από την ανασκόπηση ερευνητικών μελετών με μηχανές PsycINFO, CINAHL και PubMed/Medline. Η συστηματική ανασκόπηση ενημερώθηκε από τη λίστα ελέγχου Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analysis (Page et al., 2021) και από τη σύσταση του MOOSE για μετα-ανάλυση μελετών παρατήρησης (Stroup et al., 2000). Δημιουργήθηκε η pico ερώτηση: Η τεχνητή νοημοσύνη επιδρά με την χρήση της στην ποιότητα ζωής ασθενών με αγγειακό εγκεφαλικό επεισόδιο; με λέξεις - κλειδιά: τεχνητή νοημοσύνη, αγγειακό, ισχαιμικό εγκεφαλικό, ποιότητα ζωής. Χρησιμοποιήθηκε το Boolean Operators AND και OR για να συνδυαστούν και αρχικά να εντοπιστούν 3.278 άρθρα. Σε αυτά εφαρμόστηκαν φίλτρα και κριτήρια καταλληλότητας και αναλύθηκαν 8 άρθρα. Δημιουργήθηκαν πίνακες όπου αναφέρεται : ο συγγραφέας της μελέτης, η χώρα οπότε διενεργήθηκε η έρευνα, το αντικείμενο της μελέτης, το δείγμα, η μεθοδολογία και τα αποτελέσματα. Με την ανασκόπηση αποδεικνύεται πως η τεχνητή νοημοσύνη βοηθάει στη μείωση των λαθών στη θεραπευτική αντιμετώπιση των ασθενών με εγκεφαλικό επεισόδιο, επίσης η διάγνωση με μαγνητικό τομογράφο μπορεί να γίνει με 63% καλύτερα αποτελέσματα με χρήση τεχνητής νοημοσύνης. Η μείωση των εργατοωρών της ομάδας προσωπικού που ασχολείται με το εγκεφαλικό. Η δυνατότητα πρόγνωσης και θεραπείας σε μειωμένο χρονικό διάστημα με τη χρήση τεχνητής νοημοσύνης ισοδυναμεί με μείωση θνητότητας και αριθμών νοσηλείας. Η αποκατάσταση είναι πιο αποτελεσματική και πετυχαίνεται οικονομική ευμάρεια. Οι παγκόσμιες βάσεις δεδομένων μεταφέρουν χρήσιμες πληροφορίες μέσω της τεχνητής νοημοσύνης και διαδραματίζουν καθοριστικό ρόλο για την πρόληψη, την διάγνωση, την θεραπεία και την ποιότητα ζωής των ασθενών. | el |
| heal.abstract | Clinical approaches to the prognosis and treatment of patients with stroke are becoming increasingly complex, so the constant updating and development of new skills of the medical staff is necessary for the implementation of daily operations and problem solving. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in daily practice helps, to a large extent, the extraction of data and information that make diagnosis and treatment effective and reduces the mortality rate. The need to understand the use of artificial in patients with stroke and how it affects the quality of life of patients, led me to search for articles through the review of research studies with PsycINFO, CINAHL and PubMed / Medline machines. The systematic review was updated by the checklist Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analysis (Page et al., 2021) and by the recommendation of MOOSE for meta-analysis of observational studies (Stroup et al., 2000). The pico question was created: "Artificial intelligence uses its quality of life stroke patients? with keywords: artificial intelligence, vascular, ischemic stroke, quality of life. Boolean Operators AND and OR were used to combine and initially locate 3,278 articles. Filters and suitability criteria were applied to them and 8 articles were analyzed. Tables were created stating: the author of the study, the country where the research was conducted, the object of the study, the sample, the methodology and the results. The review shows that artificial intelligence helps reduce errors in the treatment of patients with stroke, as well as the diagnosis of MRI can be done with 63% better results using artificial intelligence. Reducing the working hours of the group of staff dealing with stroke. The possibility of prognosis and treatment in a reduced period of time with the use of artificial intelligence is equivalent to a reduction in mortality and hospitalization numbers. Rehabilitation is more effective and financial prosperity is achieved. Global databases convey useful information through artificial intelligence and play a key role in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and quality of life of patients. | en |
