heal.abstractΗ μεσσηνιακή γη αποτελεί έναν απέραντο ελαιώνα, που την καθιστά ως το τρίτο μεγαλύτερο «εργοστάσιο ελιάς» παγκοσμίως και το πρώτο σε παραγωγή εξαιρετικά παρθένου ελαιολάδου. Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία ασχολείται με τη διαχείριση της ελαιοπαραγωγής, την οργάνωση, την αναδιατύπωση και τον εκσυγχρονισμό όλων των επιμέρους χωρικών συντελεστών της, μέσα από σημειακές παρεμβάσεις και τοπιακές κατασκευές, που δίνουν έμφαση στην κυκλική οικονομία, λειτουργώντας ως «τα γρανάζια μιας μηχανής» με στόχο την αύξηση της δυναμικότητας του προϊόντος, την ισχυροποίηση της ταυτότητας του και την ενίσχυση της τοπικής οικονομίαςel
heal.abstractThe Messinian land is an immense olive grove, which makes it the third largest "olive factory" in the world and the first in the production of extra virgin olive oil. This thesis deals with the management of olive production, the organization, reformulation and modernization of all its individual spatial factors, through point interventions and landscape creations, which emphasize the circular economy, functioning as "the gears of a machine" with aimed at increasing the potential of the product, empowerment its identity and strengthening the local economy.en
