| heal.abstract | Η διπλωματική εργασία ασχολείται με την έννοια της προσωρινής κατοίκησης μέσα από πολλαπλές πτυχές. Αφετηρία για την εκπόνηση της πρότασης αποτέλεσε η έρευνα που πραγματοποιήθηκε στα πλαίσια της ερευνητικής εργασίας ‘Οι χωρικές συνθήκες διαβίωσης των αστέγων στην πόλη: Η περίπτωση της Θεσσαλονίκης’ από την οποία αντλούνται οι περισσότερες πληροφορίες για τις ανάγκες των αστέγων. Ξεκινώντας από την διαμονή των αστέγων, το πρότζεκτ εξυπηρετεί και περεταίρω περιπτώσεις στέγασης όπως η διαμονή φοιτητών και άλλων ανθρώπων. Στόχος είναι η βελτίωση της διαμονής των αστέγων και η κοινωνική επανένταξη τους ώστε να επανέλθουν σταδιακά στην καθημερινότητα που είχαν πριν να μείνουν στον δρόμο. Αυτό επιτυγχάνεται με ένα σύστημα εφήμερων κινητών κατασκευών που προσφέρουν πολλές δυνατότητες προσαρμογής. Επιπλέον μέσα σε αυτό η κατοίκηση συνδέεται με την καλλιέργεια και πώληση αγροτικών προϊόντων που παρέχουν απασχόληση και εργασία ενώ συμπληρώνεται με χώρους ελεύθερων χρήσεων και ψυχαγωγίας ανοιχτούς για τους κατοίκους της πόλης. Η τοποθεσία που θα στεγάσει την πρόταση είναι το γιαπί στην συμβολή των οδών Αγίου Δημητρίου και Γ’ Σεπτεμβρίου στην πανεπιστημιούπολη της Θεσσαλονίκης. Η ζωή μέσα στο σύστημα χαρακτηρίζεται από την ανάμειξη δράσεων, ενεργειών και ανθρώπων προκειμένου να επιτευχθεί η εξοικείωση και η επικοινωνία μεταξύ των αστέγων και των συμπολιτών τους. Τέλος, η ευελιξία και η αλληλεπίδραση των χειρισμών μεταξύ τους είναι καθοριστικός παράγοντας για την λειτουργία αυτού του μεταβατικού σταδίου που επιχειρεί μέσα από μικρές πρακτικές επινοήσεις να δώσει την δυνατότητα σε ανθρώπους να βελτιώσουν την διαβίωσή τους. | el |
| heal.abstract | The thesis deals with the concept of temporary residence through multiple aspects. Starting point for the developing of the proposal was the research carried out in the framework of the research study ‘The spatial living conditions of the homeless in the city: The case of Thessaloniki’. This study was the main source from which most of the information on the needs of the homeless was derived. The project begins with the accommodation of the homeless and it not only concerns to them but also serves further housing cases such as the accommodation of students and other people. The main goal is the improvement of homeless accommodation and their reintegration into society, so that they can gradually return to the daily routine they had before living on the street. This is achieved with a system of ephemeral mobile structures that offer many customization possibilities. In addition, housing is associated with the cultivation and sale of agricultural products that provide occupation and employment, while it is supplemented with free use and entertainment areas open to the city’s residents. One unfinished building is the location that will house the project at the junction of Agiou Dimitriou and C ‘Septemvriou streets on the campus of Thessaloniki. Life in the system is characterized by the mixing of actions, activities, and people so that familiarity and communication between the homeless and their fellow citizens be achieved. Finally, the flexibility and interaction of the manipulations with each other is a determining factor for the operation of this transitional stage that attempts to enable people to improve their lives through small practical inventions. | en |
