| heal.abstract | Η λήψη σιλδεναφίλης από του στόματος 100 mg ημερησίως συν ανασυνδυασμένη LH 125mg (Luteinizing hormone - ωχρινοτρόπου ορμόνης) δύο φόρες την εβδομάδα για έξι εβδομάδες αυξάνει τη στυτική λειτουργία σε άνδρες με στυτική δυσλειτουργία και χαμηλή τεστοστερόνη. Μέτα από τη μελέτη των δεδομένων, διαπιστώθηκε ότι υπάρχει διαφορά στη βαθμολόγηση για την ικανοποίηση από τη στυτική λειτουργία και των δύο γκρουπ θεραπείας(μετά από την λήψη της φαρμακευτικής αγωγής) με το γκρουπ προ της θεραπείας και είναι στατιστικά σημαντικές (p<0.001). Μεταξύ τους, τα δύο γκρουπ, με διαφορετική θεραπεία δεν παρουσιάζουν στατιστικά σημαντική διαφορά (p≈1.00).Στον έλεγχο των ορμονών LH, FSH και τεστοστερόνης προ και μετά της συνδυασμένης θεραπείας, οι παρατηρούμενες διαφορές προ και μετά της θεραπείας και για τις τρεις ορμόνες ήταν στατιστικά σημαντικές. Η στατιστική ανάλυση των αποτελεσμάτων του σπερμοδιαγράμματος προ και μετά της θεραπείας κατέδειξε στατιστικώς σημαντικές διαφορές για τον όγκο του σπέρματος και τον αριθμό των σπερματοζωαρίων για τη συνδυασμένη θεραπεία με Σιλδεναφίλη από του στόματος 100 mg ημερησίως και ανασυνδυασμένη LH. Αντίστοιχες διαφορές παρατηρήθηκαν και προ και μετά της θεραπείας για τη μονήρη θεραπεία με Σιλδεναφίλη από του στόματος 100 mg ημερησίως, χωρίς ωστόσο να είναι στατιστικώς σημαντικές. Οι παρατηρούμενες διαφορές προ και μετά της θεραπείας για τις ορμόνες LH, FSH δεν είναι στατιστικά σημαντικές. Η ικανοποίηση από την στυτική λειτουργία και ο έλεγχος της τεστοστερόνης στις παρατηρούμενες διαφορές προ και μετά της θεραπείας είναι στατιστικά σημαντικές. Η στατιστικά σημαντική αύξηση της τεστοστερόνης μετά από την χορήγηση Σιλδεναφίλης οφείλεται σε μηχανισμούς του κεντρικού νευρικού συστήματος οι οποίοι ευοδώθηκαν από την ευφορία που προκάλεσαν οι αυξημένες σεξουαλικές επαφές. H μέθοδος είναι σχετικά ασφαλή με σπάνιες ή καθόλου επιπλοκές εκτός από τα αναφερόμενα στα φύλα οδηγιών κάθε φαρμάκου. | el |
| heal.abstract | Taking sildenafil orally 100 mg daily plus 125 mg recombinant LH (Luteinizing hormone -luteinizing hormone) twice a week for six weeks increases the erectile function in men witherectile dysfunction and low testosterone. After studying the data, it was found that there was adifference in graduation satisfaction with erectile function in both treatment groups (the groupafter taking the medication) with the group before treatment and it was statistically significant(p <0.001). The two groups with different treatment did not show a statistically significantdifference (p≈1.00) between them.In control of the hormones LH, FSH and testosterone before and after the combinationtherapy, the observed differences before and after treatment for the three hormones werestatistically significant. Statistical analysis of the results of sperm before and after treatmentshowed statistically significant differences in the volume of semen and sperm count for thecombination therapy with oral Sildenafil 100 mg daily and recombinant LH. Similardifferences were observed before and after treatment for the single treatment with Sildenafiloral 100 mg per day, but not statistically significant. The observed differences before and aftertreatment for the hormones LH, FSH, were not statistically significant. Satisfaction fromerectile function and level of testosterone in the observed differences before and aftertreatment was statistically significant. The statistically significant increase in testosterone aftersildenafil administration due to mechanisms of the central nervous system which were givenby the euphoria caused increased sexual contacts. The method is safe with no complicationsthan those mentioned in directives of drugs. | en |
