| heal.abstract | Αντικείμενο της παρούσας διπλωματικής είναι η έρευνα με τις εξελίξεις στο πεδίο της εκπαίδευσης παιδιών αιτούντων άσυλο και αναγνωρισμένων προσφύγων στην Ελλάδα και ειδικότερα τον ρόλο της ηγεσίας στη λειτουργία προσφυγικών δομών για παιδιά προσχολικής και σχολικής ηλικίας μέσω προγραμμάτων μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης που πραγματοποιήθηκαν ανά την Ελλάδα. Συγκεκριμένα, εστιάσαμε σε προγράμματα που έχουν υλοποιηθεί τη τελευταία διετία, ορισμένα εκ των οποίων έχουν ολοκληρωθεί και άλλα που εξακολουθούν να υλοποιούνται. Η ενασχόληση αυτή συνδέεται τόσο με σημαντικά θεωρητικά ζητήματα που αφορούν τόσο τη τυπική όσο και τη μη τυπική εκπαίδευση όσο και εμπειρικά αναφορικά με την αποτίμηση των προγραμμάτων που υλοποιήθηκαν, την ωφελιμότητα αυτών και τη σύνδεση με το Ελληνικό εκπαιδευτικό σύστημα. Ακόμη, εύλογα προσωπικά ενδιαφέρονται και αντίστοιχη επαγγελματική εμπειρία με οδήγησαν στο να εστιάσω σε μια σε βάθος μελέτη της υπάρχουσας κατάστασης στη χώρα μας. Οι προαναφερθέντες στόχοι θα επιτευχθούν μέσα από την ανασκόπηση της υπάρχουσας βιβλιογραφίας και την έρευνα που διενεργήθηκε κατά το έτος 2019, στην οποία συμμετείχαν 64 εκπαιδευτικοί μέσα από τη συλλογή ποσοτικών και ποιοτικών δεδομένων. Οι σύγχρονες κοινωνικές εξελίξεις οδήγησαν επέφεραν την αναγκαιότητα της εφαρμογής προγραμμάτων μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης σε παιδιά πρόσφυγες και αιτούντες άσυλο στην Ελλάδα, ένα ιδιαίτερα νέο πεδίο στην εκπαίδευση στη χώρα μας. | heal.abstract | The aim of this thesis is to study the developments in the field of education of asylum seekers and recognized refugees in Greece and in particular the role of leadership in the Operation of refugee structures for pre-school and school age children through non-formal education programs in Greece. Specifically, we have focused on programs that have been implemented over the last two years, some of which have been completed and others are still being implemented. This engagement is associated with important theoretical issues conceming both formal and non-formal education as well as empirical assessment of the implemented programs, their usefulness and the connection with the Greek educational system. Also, reasonably personal interest and corresponding Professional experience led me to focus on an in-depth study of the existing Situation in our country. The aforementioned objectives will be achieved through the review of the existing literature and the survey conducted in the year 2019, in which 64 teachers participated in the completion of semi-structured questionnaires that were analysed quantitatively and qualitatively. Modem social developments have led to the necessity of implementing non-formal education programs for refugee and asylum-seekers in Greece, a particularly new field in education in our country.
