| heal.abstract | Μέσω της χωρικής συνθήκης ενός pop – up εστιατορίου, το οποίο τοποθετείται στην Πλατεία Ελευθερίας, στη Λευκωσία, επιχειρείται η διερεύνηση πιθανών συνδέσεων μεταξύ των πεδίων της αρχιτεκτονικής και της γαστρονομίας. Γίνεται μια προσπάθεια επανερμηνείας και υπέρβασης δεδομένων πρακτικών γύρω από το σχεδιασμό εφήμερων χώρων εστίασης καθώς και περαιτέρω διερεύνησης της σχέση του με τον αστικό χώρο, και το ευρύτερο πλαίσιο μέσα στο οποίο καλείται να σταθεί. Άλλοτε για την παρασκευή και άλλοτε για την κατανάλωση του φαγητού, οι χώροι εστίασης αποτελούσαν ανέκαθεν χώρους συνάθροισης και κοινωνικοποίησης. Η τελετουργία ενός γεύματος ή ενός δείπνου, ο τρόπος με τον οποίο οι αισθήσεις συμμετέχουν σε αυτή, η διαδοχή και το είδος των εδεσμάτων, η ίδια η χωρική συνθήκη εντός της οποίας λαμβάνει χώρα η λειτουργία της εστίασης, αποτελούν επιμέρους πτυχές του σχεδιαστικού αιτήματος το οποίο αναλαμβάνει να φέρει εις πέρας, η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία. | el |
| heal.abstract | Through the spatial condition and design of a pop-up restaurant, which is located in Liberty Square, in Nicosia, it attempts to explore possible connections between the fields of architecture and gastronomy. An attempt is being made to reinterpret and transcend data practices around the design of ephemeral dining areas, as well as to further explore its relationship with the urban space, and the overall context in which it stands. Either through the preparation or through the consumption of food, the dining areas have always been places of gathering and socializing. The ritual of a meal or a dinner, the way in which the senses participate in it, the sequence and the type of food, the very spatial condition in which the catering operation takes place, are individual aspects of the design request, which undertakes to complete this dissertation. | en |
