| heal.abstract | Η διπλωματική εργασία με θέμα : «Η οικονομική και η κοινωνική κατάσταση στην περιοχή της Θεσπρωτίας κατά την περίοδο της ηγεμονίας του Αλή πασά στο γιαννιώτικο πασαλίκι (1788-1821), με βάση νέα στοιχεία από το Αρχείο του και άλλες πηγές», έχει ως στόχο να δοθεί μία ολοκληρωμένη και σφαιρική εικόνα της οικονομικής και κοινωνικής κατάστασης που επικρατούσε στην περιοχή της Θεσπρωτίας την περίοδο αυτή. Η πρωτοτυπία της έγκειται στο γεγονός ότι μέσα από τη μελέτη των εγγράφων του Αρχείου του Αλή πασά δίνονται πληροφορίες για την οικονομία και την κοινωνία στην περιοχή της Θεσπρωτίας κι όχι μεμονωμένων περιοχών της, για τις οποίες έχουν γραφτεί και παλαιότερες μελέτες. Η μέθοδος που ακολουθήθηκε στην παρούσα εργασία είχε ως βάση το πρόσφατα δημοσιευμένο Αρχείο του Αλή πασά. Από τη μελέτη των εγγράφων, που υπάρχουν μέσα σ’ αυτό, αντλήσαμε πληροφορίες που έχουν σχέση με την οικονομία και την κοινωνία της περιοχής αυτή την περίοδο. Παράλληλα στηριχθήκαμε στα πολύτιμα κείμενα ταξιδιωτών (Pouqueville, Leake, Holland, Hobhouse κ.α.),που είχαν περάσει από την περιοχή εκείνη την εποχή και τη σχετική με το θέμα βιβλιογραφία. Ολοκληρώνοντας τη συγκεκριμένη εργασία, μπορούμε να σχηματίσουμε μία σφαιρική εικόνα για τη διοίκηση, την κοινωνία, τον πληθυσμό και την οικονομία της περιοχής της Θεσπρωτίας. Αρχικά, η διοίκηση του Αλή πασά στο γιαννιώτικο πασαλίκι (1788- αρχές 1822) ήταν πολύ σημαντική για τον Ηπειρωτικό χώρο και ο τελικός στόχος του είχε σχέση με την οικονομική ανάπτυξη του πασαλικιού του. Επιπλέον στην περιοχή της Θεσπρωτίας επικρατούσαν οθωμανικές αρχές, που είχαν διάφορα αξιώματα και αναλάμβαναν μεγάλες και βαριές υποχρεώσεις απέναντι στον σουλτάνο. Παράλληλα, στην τοπική διοίκηση της Θεσπρωτίας εντοπίζονται οι ισχυροί Τσάμηδες αγάδες και μπέηδες, οι οποίοι είναι ανεξάρτητοι από τον Αλή πασά. Όσον αφορά τον πληθυσμό της περιοχής, την περίοδο αυτή κατοικούνταν από χριστιανούς και μουσουλμάνους, όπου το μεγαλύτερο μέρος τους προερχόταν από εξισλαμισμούς. Σε σχέση με την ανάπτυξη της οικονομίας της περιοχής καθοριστικό ρόλο διαδραμάτισαν πολλοί παράγοντες, όπως ο γεωγραφικός παράγοντας, καθώς η περιοχή συνδυάζει το ορεινό, το πεδινό και το παραθαλάσσιο στοιχείο. Αυτός ο συνδυασμός ευνόησε με τη σειρά του την ανάπτυξη της γεωργίας, της κτηνοτροφίας, της βιοτεχνίας και της αλιείας στην περιοχή. Τέλος, η Παραμυθιά αποτελούσε σπουδαίο εμπορικό κέντρο της περιοχής της Θεσπρωτίας και είναι γνωστή για το ετήσιο εμπορικό πανηγύρι, γνωστό με την ονομασία Λάμποβος. | el |
| heal.abstract | The dissertation on the topic: "The economic and social situation in the region of Thesprotia during the period of the rule of Ali Pasha in the Giannioti pasaliki (1788-1821), based on new data from his Archive and other sources", has with the aim of giving a complete and comprehensive picture of the economic and social situation that prevailed in the region of Thesprotia at that time. Its originality lies in the fact that through the study of the documents of the Ali Pasha Archive, information is given about the economy and the society in the area of Thesprotia and not of its individual areas, for which previous studies have been written. The method used in the present work was based on the recently published Archive of Ali Pasha. From the study of the documents contained in it, we extracted information related to the economy and society of the area at this time. At the same time, we relied on the valuable texts of travelers (Pouqueville, Leake, Holland, Hobhouse, etc.), who had passed through the area at that time and the relevant literature. Completing this work, we can form a global picture of the administration, society, population and economy of the region of Thesprotia. Initially, the administration of Ali Pasha in the Giannioti pasaliki (1788- early 1822) was very important for the Continental area and its ultimate goal was related to the economic development of his pasaliki. In addition, in the area of Thesprotia, Ottoman authorities prevailed, holding various positions and undertaking large and heavy obligations to the sultan. At the same time, in the local administration of Thesprotia, the powerful Tsamides agades and beides are located, who are independent of Ali Pasha. As for the population of the area, at that time it was inhabited by Christians and Muslims, where most of them came from Islamism. In relation to the development of the economy of the region, a decisive role was played by many factors, such as the geographical factor, as the region combines the mountainous, the plain and the coastal element. This combination in turn favored the development of agriculture, animal husbandry, handicrafts and fisheries in the region. Finally, Paramythia was an important commercial center of the region of Thesprotia and is known for the annual trade fair, known as Lambovos. | en |
