| heal.abstract | Η εργασία αυτή έχει ως στόχο τη μελέτη των διαφορετικών αντιλήψεων αποφοίτων λυκείου θεωρητικής και τεχνολογικής κατεύθυνσης σε θέματα ουρανίων σωμάτων. Στα πλαίσια της μελέτης αυτής μοιράστηκαν ερωτηματολόγια σε αποφοίτους λυκείου που κατά τη διεξαγωγή της έρευνας ήταν πρωτοετείς φοιτητές του Παιδαγωγικού Τμήματος Δημοτικής Εκπαίδευσης και του Τμήματος Φυσικής του Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων. Η έρευνα αυτή αφορά σε αποφοίτους λυκείου και έτσι ακολουθήθηκε η υπόθεση ότι οι φοιτητές του παιδαγωγικού τμήματος είναι απόφοιτοι θεωρητικής κατεύθυνση ενώ του φυσικού τμήματος απόφοιτοι τεχνολογικής κατεύθυνσης. Μοιράστηκαν ανώνυμα ερωτηματολόγια στους συμμετέχοντες που αποτελούνταν από 20 ερωτήσεις Σωστού – Λάθους και καλύπτουν ένα ευρύ φάσμα εννοιών και φαινομένων που αφορούν στα ουράνια σώματα. Ακόμη ζητήθηκε από τους συμμετέχοντες να δηλώσουν το φύλο τους καθώς επίσης εάν ενδιαφέρονται για την Αστρονομία και εάν έχουν παρακολουθήσει το κατ’ επιλογήν μάθημα της Αστρονομίας στο λύκειο. Η επεξεργασία των αποτελεσμάτων έγινε με τη βοήθεια του στατιστικού πακέτου SPSS και χρησιμοποιήθηκε ο έλεγχος ανεξαρτησίας (chi-square test) για τις διάφορες συγκρίσεις. Με βάση τις απαντήσεις των αποφοίτων συγκρίνονται αρχικά η σχέση της ορθότητας των απαντήσεων στις ερωτήσεις του ερωτηματολογίου με το τμήμα φοίτησης και της παρακολούθησης του κατ’ επιλογήν μαθήματος της Αστρονομίας. Έπειτα μελετήθηκε η σχέση ενδιαφέροντος για την Αστρονομία, καθώς και της παρακολούθησης του κατ' επιλογήν μαθήματος της Αστρονομίας στο Λύκειο με το φύλο. Μελετήθηκε ακόμη η σχέση του ενδιαφέροντος για την Αστρονομία ανά τμήμα φοίτησης και τέλος η σχέση ενδιαφέροντος για την Αστρονομία βάσει της ορθότητας των απαντήσεων στις ερωτήσεις του ερωτηματολογίου μέσω βαθμολογικής κλίμακας. Τα αποτελέσματα ποικίλουν και παρά το γεγονός πως εξαρτώνται από την κατηγορία της σύγκρισης, είναι έκδηλη η ανάγκη της διδασκαλίας της Αστρονομίας στο λύκειο. | el |
| heal.abstract | This study focuses on the differences in the perceptions of high school graduates of the science and humanities directions regarding celestial objects. For this purpose anonymous questionnaires were distributed to high school graduates that at the time of the study were first year undergrad students at the Department of Primary Education and the Physics Department. It was assumed that the students of the Department of Primary Education followed the humanities concentration and the students of the Physics Department followed the science concentration in high school. The questionnaires consisted of twenty multiple choice questions (Right or Wrong type) that cover a wide range of concepts and phenomena related to celestial objects. Except for answering the questions, the participants were also asked to provide their gender as well as whether they are interested in Astronomy and if they attended the elective Astronomy course in high school. The data processing was done using the SPSS statistical package and the chi-square test was used for the correlations. Based on the answers received, the relationship between the correctness of the answers and the department of study as well as the attendance of the elective course in Astronomy were initially examined. Moreover, the relationship between the interest in Astronomy, as well as the attendance of the Astronomy elective course in high school with gender were studied. Additionally, the relationship between the interest in Astronomy and the department of study was also investigated. Finally the relationship between the interest in Astronomy based on the correctness of the answers through a grading scale was examined. The results vary and despite the fact that they depend on the different categories of comparison, the need of including Astronomy in high school is obvious. | en |
