| heal.abstract | Εισαγωγή: Η διεθνή βιβλιογραφία έχει αναδείξει ότι οι ψυχολογικοί παράγοντες όπως είναι η ανθεκτικότητας δύναται να συνεισφέρουν σε μια αυξημένη φροντίδα στο χώρο υγείας Σκοπός: σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής διατριβής είναι η διερεύνηση της συσχέτισης μεταξύ των διαστάσεων της νοσηλευτικής φροντίδας με την ανθεκτικότητα σε δείγμα νοσηλευτών ενός δημόσιου νοσοκομείου. Μεθοδολογία: Η έρευνα πραγματοποιήθηκε σε δείγμα 103 νοσηλευτών ενός δημόσιου νοσοκομείου με τη χρήση αυτοσυμπληρώμενου ερωτηματολογίου το οποίο απαρτίζονταν από τρεις ενότητες: τα κοινωνικο-δημογραφικά χαρακτηριστικά, την κλίμακα συμπεριφορών φροντίδας CBI-24 και την κλίμακα Ψυχικής Ανθεκτικότητας CD-RISK. Τα δεδομένα της έρευνας επεξεργάστηκαν με το στατιστικό πρόγραμμα SPSS και τις μεθόδους της περιγραφικής και επαγωγικής ανάλυσης. Αποτελέσματα: Σύμφωνα με τα ευρήματα διαπιστώθηκαν ιδιαιτέρως υψηλά επίπεδα συμπεριφορών φροντίδας και ψυχικής ανθεκτικότητας για το δείγμα των νοσηλευτών του δημόσιου νοσοκομείου. Ακόμη, ο βασικός τίτλος σπουδών του νοσηλευτή φαίνεται να επιδρά στις διαστάσεις των συμπεριφορών φροντίδας, με τους νοσηλευτές πανεπιστημιακής εκπαίδευσης να παρουσιάζουν υψηλότερα επίπεδα. Τέλος, διαπιστώθηκαν ισχυρές θετικές συσχετίσεων των διαστάσεων της κλίμακας συμπεριφορών φροντίδας με την κλίμακα ψυχικής ανθεκτικότητας για τους νοσηλευτές της παρούσας έρευνας. Συμπεράσματα: Συμπερασματικά, διαπιστώνεται και επιβεβαιώνεται η σημαντική επίδραση των ψυχολογικών παραγόντων όπως είναι η ψυχική ανθεκτικότητας στη διαχείριση των συμπεριφορών φροντίδας που προσφέρουν οι νοσηλευτές. | el |
| heal.abstract | Introduction: International literature has shown that psychological factors such as resilience can contribute to increased health care. Purpose: The purpose of this dissertation is to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of nursing care and the resilience of a sample of nurses in a public hospital. Methodology: The research was conducted on a sample of 103 nurses of a public hospital using a self-administered questionnaire which consisted of three sections: socio-demographic characteristics, the CBI-24 care behaviors scale and the MCD RISK scale. The research data were processed with the statistical program SPSS and the methods of descriptive and inductive analysis. Results: According to the findings, particularly high levels of caring behaviors and mental resilience were found for the sample of public hospital nurses. Furthermore, the basic degree of the nurse seems to affect the dimensions of care behaviors, with university nurses having higher levels. Finally, strong positive correlations were found between the dimensions of the care behaviors scale and the mental resilience scale for the nurses in the present study. Conclusions: In conclusion, the significant effect of psychological factors such as mental resilience in the management of care behaviors offered by nurses is ascertained and confirmed. | en |
