| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία εστιάζει στη διερεύνηση των δεξιοτήτων της αυτοεκτίμησης, της συναισθηματικής νοημοσύνης και της επίλυσης προβλημάτων των φοιτητών. Στην έρευνα που πραγματοποιήθηκε, συμμετείχαν 142 προπτυχιακοί φοιτητές του Παιδαγωγικού Τμήματος Νηπιαγωγών του Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων. Η συλλογή των δεδομένων έγινε μέσω ερωτηματολογίων. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας έδειξαν ότι το επίπεδο των φοιτητών στις δεξιότητες της αυτοεκτίμησης και της συναισθηματικής νοημοσύνης, ήταν υψηλό, όμως στη δεξιότητα της επίλυσης προβλημάτων, το αποτέλεσμα δεν ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Επίσης, βρέθηκε ότι δεν αλληλοσυνδέονταν και οι τρεις δεξιότητες μεταξύ τους. Ωστόσο, εξετάζοντας τες σε ζευγάρια των δύο, διαπιστώθηκε ότι δεν υπήρχε συσχέτιση της αυτοεκτίμησης και της επίλυσης προβλημάτων, όμως συσχετίζονταν η αυτοεκτίμηση με τη συναισθηματική νοημοσύνη και η συναισθηματική νοημοσύνη με την επίλυση προβλημάτων. Τέλος, δεν βρέθηκε συσχέτιση των τριών δεξιοτήτων των φοιτητών με τα δημογραφικά στοιχεία τους ή σε κάποιες περιπτώσεις υπήρχε μικρή συσχέτιση. | el |
| heal.abstract | The present study focuses on students' self-esteem, emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills. In the survey that was conducted, the participants were 142 undergraduate students from the Department of Early Childhood Education of the University of Ioannina. The data were collected, through questionnaires. The results of the research showed that the students’ level of self-esteem and emotional intelligence, was high, but the result for the problem-solving skills was not satisfactory. Furthermore, it was found that all three skills were not correlated with each other. However, by examining them in pairs of two, it was discovered that there was no correlation between self-esteem and problem solving skills, but self-esteem is correlated with emotional intelligence and emotional intelligence is correlated with problem solving skills. Lastly, there was not found any correlation of those three skills with the students’ demographic data or in some cases there was a small correlation. | en |
