| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας, είναι η μελέτη των παραγόντων της αυτοεκτίμησης, ενσυναίσθησης, και της διαχείρισης συναισθημάτων των παιδιών νηπιακής ηλικίας μέσα από την οπτική σκοπιά των νηπιαγωγών. Στο τελευταίο κεφάλαιο του θεωρητικού μέρους, πραγματοποιείται μία ανάλυση του όρου “συναισθηματική νοημοσύνη”, που περιλαμβάνει όλα τα παραπάνω. Για τον ορισμό της ενσυναίσθησης, έχουν εκφραστεί διάφορες απόψεις. Πέρα όμως από τις αντικρουόμενες θεωρίες σχετικά με τον ορισμό της, ένα άλλο ζήτημα, αφορά το πότε αναπτύσσεται η ενσυναίσθηση. Στα πλαίσια αυτής της εργασίας, παρουσιάζονται απόψεις σχετικά με τις εκδηλώσεις της ενσυναίσθησης στη νηπιακή ηλικία, ενώ ένας ακόμα παράγοντας προς διερεύνηση, είναι αυτός του φύλου. Όσον αφορά τον τρόπο με τον οποίο τα παιδιά διαχειρίζονται τα συναισθήματά τους, η “ικανότητα” αυτή εμφανίζεται πολύ νωρίς, και αναπτύσσεται μεγαλώνοντας, ανάλογα με τα μέσα που διαθέτουν σε κάθε στάδιο. Στη διαδικασία αυτή, σημαντικός κρίνεται ο ρόλος των γονέων, τόσο αναφορικά με τον τρόπο που διαχειρίζονται τα συναισθήματα των παιδιών τους, όσο και τα δικά τους. Επιπλέον, ενδιαφέρον παρουσιάζει η σύνδεση της διαχείρισης συναισθημάτων με την ενσυναίσθηση, κυρίως σχετικά με τους παράγοντες της κοινωνικοσυναισθηματικής ικανότητας, της εσωτερίκευσης, του αυτοελέγχου και της επιθετικότητας. Ένα άλλο ζήτημα που επιδέχεται ποικίλλων ορισμών και ερμηνειών, είναι η αυτοεκτίμηση, και το αν και κατά πόσο αυτή είναι εφικτό να υπάρξει ήδη, από τη νηπιακή ηλικία. Αναφέρονται συνοπτικά, οι θεωρίες των White, Rosenberg, Baumrind, Coopersmith και Branden, ενώ επιχειρείται μία σύγκριση των όρων “αυτοεκτίμηση” και “αυτοαντίληψη”. Τέλος, σημαντικός κρίνεται και εδώ, ο παράγοντας του φύλου, σχετικά με τον τρόπο που η αυτοεκτίμηση ενός παιδιού επηρεάζεται, από την ταύτιση ή τον διαχωρισμό, με τον γονέα του ίδιου φύλου. Προκειμένου να διερευνηθούν τα επίπεδα των παραπάνω παραγόντων στα παιδιά προσχολικής ηλικίας, χρησιμοποιήθηκε, για το ερευνητικό μέρος της εργασίας, η μέθοδος του ερωτηματολογίου. Τα ερωτηματολόγια που μοιράστηκαν σε νηπιαγωγούς, με σκοπό να συμπληρωθούν από εκείνες έδειξαν ότι τα επίπεδα και των τριών αυτών στοιχείων που διευρύνονται είναι υψηλά όπως επίσης και ότι η ανάπτυξη τους και η εξέλιξη τους ξεκινάνε από την παιδική ηλικία. | el |
| heal.abstract | The purpose of the present study, is to examine the factors of self-esteem , empathy, and emotion management among preschoolers though the eyes of kindergarten teachers . At the last chapter of the theoretical part, the term of “emotional intelligence”, in which all of the above factors are included, is being analyzed. Many opinions have been expressed, concerning the definition of the term “empathy”. Except for all these conflicting theories about the term’s definition, another issue occurs and it is about when empathy begins to develop. In this context, various opinions on how empathy is expressed among preschoolers, are presented, while another crucial factor appears to be the gender. As far as it concerns the way that children handle their feelings, this “ability” begins early in their life and continues to develop as they grow up, using the means they have at every age. During this procedure, the parental role is important, concerning the way they deal with their child’s feelings and the way they handle their own feelings as well. Another interesting issue, is the bond between emotion management and empathy, mainly when it comes to the factors of socio-emotional ability, internalization, self-control and aggressiveness. Furthermore, another controversal, about its definition, issue, is self-esteem and if self-esteem is possible to “exist” in childhood. In addition, the theories of White, Rosenberg, Baumrid, Coopersmith and Bauden, are shortly presented, and also a comparison between the terms “self-esteem” and “self concept” is taking place. Once again, the role that parents play is considered important, but in this case the issue is the way that the child’s self-esteem is affected by the identification or the separation of themselves, from the parent of the same gender. In order for the amount of these factors among preschoolers to be measured and examined for the research part of this study, the method that was used, was the method of questionnaire. The questionnaires that were handed to kindergarten teachers, revealed/showed that all of these aspects not only developing from early age but they are also being in high levels. | en |
