| heal.abstract | Εισαγωγή: Οι συμπεριφορικές διαταραχές των πασχόντων από άνοια και οι στάσεις και συμπεριφορές των ατόμων με νοητική υστέρηση δημιουργούν προβλήματα τόσο στο οικείο περιβάλλον, στη συμβίωση αλλά και στο νοσηλευτικό προσωπικό που καλείται να τα φροντίσει στα Κέντρα Κοινωνικής Πρόνοιας. Το φαινόμενο αναλύεται στη διεθνή και ελληνική βιβλιογραφία, ωστόσο αποτελεί σύνθετο και πολυπαραγοντικό θέμα όχι μόνο προς τον καθορισμό του όρου των συμπεριφορικών διαταραχών αλλά και ως προς τους παράγοντες που το δημιουργούν. Σκοπός: Η ποιοτική αυτή μελέτη έχει σκοπό να εξερευνήσει μέσα από τα βιώματα των νοσηλευτών των Κέντρων Κοινωνικής Πρόνοιας πώς αντιλαμβάνονται τις συμπεριφορικές διαταραχές, με ποιούς παράγοντες σχετίζονται και ποιες είναι οι συναισθηματικές αντιδράσεις με στόχο να κατανοηθεί το φαινόμενο σε βάθος, να αναδειχθεί η σημασία τους και να γίνει γνωστή η άποψη των νοσηλευτών. Υλικό και Μέθοδος: Στην παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία ακολουθούμε μια ποιοτική προσέγγιση για να διερευνήσουμε τη σχέση που υφίσταται μεταξύ νοσηλευτών και ωφελούμενων λόγω των συμπεριφορικών διαταραχών. Χρησιμοποιήθηκε το σχετικιστικό αντιληπτικό περίγραμμα. Πραγματοποιήθηκαν οχτώ ημιδομημένες συνεντεύξεις σε νοσηλευτές, μόνιμο προσωπικό των Κέντρων Κοινωνικής Πρόνοιας. Ακολούθησε μια βιβλιογραφική ανάλυση των όρων συμπεριφορικές διαταραχές με αναφορά στους νοσηλευτές και ωφελούμενους. Αποτελέσματα: Ακολούθησε η ποιοτική επεξεργασία των δεδομένων όπου προέκυψαν τρείς θεματικές ενότητες που ανέδειξαν το ρόλο του νοσηλευτή και τη σχέση του με τους ωφελούμενους στα Κέντρα Κοινωνικής Πρόνοιας, τις συμπεριφορικές διαταραχές και τις συναισθηματικές αντιδράσεις των νοσηλευτών μέσω των εμπειριών τους και την αναγκαιότητα εκπαίδευσης του νοσηλευτικού προσωπικού, τη αναγκαιότητα ύπαρξης διεπιστημονικής ομάδας. Συζήτηση: Η εμφάνιση, η επιδείνωση, η μείωση ή η εξάλειψη των συμπεριφορικών διαταραχών εξαρτάται από μια πολύπλοκη αλληλεπίδραση μεταξύ νοσηλευτών και πασχόντων από άνοια ή νοητική υστέρηση. Υπογραμμίζεται η ανάγκη να επικεντρωθεί η προσοχή, στους παράγοντες που αυξάνουν την εμφάνιση τέτοιων συμπεριφορών ώστε να βοηθηθούν και οι νοσηλευτές που εργάζονται σε δομές χρονίως πασχόντων για να τις διαχειριστούν και να μην υπάρχουν επιπτώσεις στην ποιότητα της φροντίδας των ωφελούμενων. Απαιτούνται περισσότερες μελέτες που θα παρέχουν κατευθυντήριες γραμμές για την καλύτερη διαχείριση των συμπεριφορικών διαταραχών . | el |
| heal.abstract | Introduction: The Behavioral disorders of dementia sufferers and the attitudes and behaviors of people with Mental Retardation create problems both in the familiar environment, in cohabitation and in the nursing staff who are called to care for them in the Social Welfare Centers. The phenomenon is analyzed in the international and Greek literature, however it is a complex and multifactorial issue not only in terms of defining the term behavioral disorders but also in terms of the factors that create it. Aim: This qualitative study aims to explore through the experiences of the nurses of the Social Welfare Centers how they perceive the behavioral disorders, with what factors they are related and what are the emotional reactions in order to understand the phenomenon in depth, to highlight their importance and to make known the point of view of the nurses. Material and Method: In this dissertation we follow a qualitative approach to investigate the relationship between nurses and beneficiaries due to behavioral disorders. The relativistic perceptual outline was used. Eight semi-structured interviews were conducted with nurses, permanent staff of the Social Welfare Centers. This was followed by a literature analysis of the terms behavioral disorders with reference to nurses and beneficiaries. Results: This was followed by the qualitative processing of the data where three thematic units emerged that highlighted the role of the nurse and his relationship with the beneficiaries in the Social Welfare Centers, the behavioral disorders and emotional reactions of the nurses through their experiences and the need for nursing education staff, the need for an interdisciplinary team. Discussion: The onset, worsening, reduction or elimination of behavioral disorders depends on a complex interaction between nurses and patients with dementia or mental retardation. The need to focus on the factors that increase the occurrence of such behaviors is emphasized, in order to help nurses working in structures for the chronically ill to manage them and not to affect the quality of care of the beneficiaries. More studies are needed to provide guidelines for better management of behavioral disorders. | en |
