| heal.abstract | Αντικείμενο της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η διερεύνηση και η ανασύνθεση του ιστορικού χρόνου της οικονομικής και κοινωνικής ζωής της Κορώνης Μεσσηνίας, μέσα από ένα σύνολο 51 διαθηκών και 2 ειδικών πράξεων της οθωνικής περιόδου, ως τμήματος του ενοποιημένου ελληνικού χώρου, έτσι όπως σχηματίστηκε μετά το 1830. Μέσα σε αυτό το πλαίσιο, θα προσεγγίσουμε την έννοια της διαθήκης, τα είδη των δικαιοπρακτικών πράξεων και δη των δημόσιων διαθηκών, καθώς το υλικό μας αποτελείται εξ ολοκλήρου μόνο από αυτή την κατηγορία, τις συνθήκες κάτω από τις οποίες συντάχθηκε το κείμενο, αλλά και τη σχέση των διαθετών ή των διαθέτιδων με την ενέργεια αυτή. Επίσης, θα εξετάσουμε την ιδεολογική χροιά των πληροφοριών του συγκεκριμένου σώματος, το φύλο των συγγραφέων, τους συντάκτες, τους μάρτυρες (αξία, χρήση, επαγγελματική διάθεση) και τις κοινωνικο-οικονομικές σχέσεις των προσώπων τόσο σε σχέση με την οικογένειά τους όσο και ως μέλη της τοπικής κοινωνίας. Επιπλέον, οι διαθήκες μας ενδιαφέρουν όχι μόνο ως έργα της κοσμικής ζωής, αλλά και ως «τακτοποίηση» ζητημάτων πνευματικής ανασφάλειας, ανθρώπων που φοβούμενοι το άωρον του θανάτου, μας αποκαλύπτουν τη σχέση με τις δομές της θρησκευτικής κοινότητας στο βαθμό που υπάρχουν και λειτουργούν μέσα στο πλαίσιο της λαϊκής θρησκευτικότητας, αλλά και την αρχή της φιλανθρωπίας ως ηθικού κανόνα των νέων «εθνικών» θεσμών του ελληνικού βασιλείου. | el |
| heal.abstract | The object of this dissertation is the investigation and reconstruction of the historical time of the economic and social life of Koroni Messinia, through a set of 51 wills and 2 special acts of the Ottonian period, as part of the unified Greek space, as formed after 1830. Within this framework, we will approach the meaning of the covenant, the types of contractual acts in particular public wills, as our material consists entirely only from this category, the conditions under which drafted the text, but the relationship of the possessors with this action. We will also look at the ideological tone of the body's information, the gender of the authors, the authors, the witnesses (value, use, professional disposition) and the socio-economic relations of individuals both in relation to their family and as members of the local community. In addition, our wills are of interest not only as works of secular life, but also as "settling " issues of spiritual insecurity, people who, fearing the imminent death, reveal to us the relationship with the structures of the religious community to the extent that they exist and function within the framework of popular religiosity, but also the principle of charity as a moral rule of the new "national" institutions of the Greek kingdom. | en |
