| heal.abstract | Η ποιότητα της εκπαίδευσης αποτελεί ένα πολύπλοκο θέμα καθώς αφενός επηρεάζεται από μια σειρά κοινωνικών, ιστορικών και πολιτικών παραμέτρων, και αφετέρου, αντανακλά τους σκοπούς και τις επιδιώξεις του εκάστοτε εκπαιδευτικού συστήματος. Σκοπός αυτής της ερευνητικής εργασίας είναι η μελέτη των απόψεων γονέων για την ποιότητα του παρεχόμενου εκπαιδευτικού έργου στο Γυμνάσιο. Μέσα από την ανασκόπηση της πρόσφατης βιβλιογραφίας στον τομέα της ποιότητας του εκπαιδευτικού έργου φαίνεται πως η εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία και αξιολόγηση καθορίζονται από την εκάστοτε νομοθεσία που εξασφαλίζει τη σχέση σχολείου και γονέων. Η συμμετοχή των γονέων στην ποιότητα της παρεχόμενης εκπαίδευσης των παιδιών τους θεωρείται σημαντική, καθώς η συνεργασία γονέων και εκπαιδευτικών αποβλέπει στις υψηλές σχολικές επιδόσεις των μαθητών, ενώ οι προσδοκίες των γονέων για την εκπαιδευτική και επαγγελματική πορεία των παιδιών τους διαμορφώνονται με βάση τα οικονομικά, κοινωνικά και πολιτιστικά χαρακτηριστικά της κάθε οικογένειας. Η παρούσα ερευνητική προσπάθεια στηρίζεται στην ανάλυση και την παρουσίαση απόψεων γονέων σχετικά με την ποιότητα αλλά και τη δυνατότητα βελτίωσης του εκπαιδευτικού έργου, όπως αυτό παρέχεται σε παιδιά που φοιτούν στο Γυμνάσιο. Το ερευνητικό εργαλείο το οποίο επιλέχθηκε για τη συλλογή του ερευνητικού υλικού ήταν η ημι-δομημένη συνέντευξη, ενώ η ανάλυση των δεδομένων πραγματοποιήθηκε με την τεχνική της θεματικής ανάλυσης περιεχομένου των συνεντεύξεων. Από την ανάλυση των αποτελεσμάτων προέκυψε ότι σε γενικές γραμμές οι γονείς ταυτίζουν την έννοια της ποιότητας του εκπαιδευτικού έργου με την αποτελεσματικότητα και την επιτυχία των σχεδιασμένων στόχων και παράλληλα, συσχετίζουν τη βελτίωσή της με την αξιολόγηση των εκπαιδευτικών, τη συμβολή του κράτους, την ύπαρξη και λειτουργία θεσμικών οργάνων, αλλά και με τη συμμετοχή των ίδιων στην εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία. Για όλους τους συμμετέχοντες η αναποτελεσματικότητα του σύγχρονου σχολείου οφείλεται σε εκπαιδευτικούς, ιδεολογικούς και οικονομικούς παράγοντες και γι’ αυτό προσδοκούν την πραγματοποίηση αλλαγών στο διοικητικό, παιδαγωγικό και υλικοτεχνικό τομέα. | el |
| heal.abstract | The quality of education is a complex issue as it is influenced by a series of social, historical and political parameters, and on the other hand, it reflects the aims and aspirations of the educational system concerned. The purpose of this research project is to study the opinions of parents on the quality of the educational work provided in high school. Through the review of the recent literature in the field of quality of the educational work, it appears that the educational process and evaluation are determined by the relevant legislation that ensures the relationship between school and parents. The participation of parents in the quality of their children's education is considered important, as the collaboration of parents and teachers aims at the high school performance of pupils, while the expectations of parents for the educational and their children's professional course is shaped based on the economic, social and cultural characteristics of each family. This research effort is based on the analysis and presentation of opinions on the quality and improvement of the educational work of 15 parents whose children are attending high school. The research tool selected for the collection of the research material was the semi-structured interview, while the analysis of the data was carried out with the technique of thematic analysis of the content of the interviews. The analysis of the results showed that in general, parents approach the concept of quality of the educational work with the effectiveness and success of the planned objectives, while associating its improve it with the evaluation of teachers, the contribution of the state, the existence of institutions and the participation of the same in the educational process. For the participants the inefficiency of the modern school is due to educational, ideological and economic factors and therefore they expect changes in the administrative, pedagogical and logistical field. | en |
