| heal.abstract | Στα ορεινά Τζουμέρκα φύονται πολλά είδη αρωματικών φυτών, όπως η ρίγανη, το τσάι του βουνού, η μέντα, το μελισσόχορτο, το φασκόμηλο, το θυμάρι, η δάφνη και το ορεινό θρούμπι. Με την παρούσα εργασία επιδιώκεται ο σχεδιασμός ενός ολοκληρωμένου προγράμματος εκπαίδευσης για την αειφορία στο Φορέα Διαχείρισης Εθνικού Πάρκου Τζουμέρκων, Κοιλάδας Αχελώου, Αγράφων και Μετεώρων. Το εν λόγω πρόγραμμα έχει θέμα: «Τα αρωματικά και φαρμακευτικά φυτά των Τζουμέρκων». Η διάρκεια υλοποίησης του προγράμματος είναι δέκα διδακτικές ώρες. Οι στόχοι του προγράμματος είναι οι συμμετέχοντες να γνωρίσουν τα βασικά είδη αρωματικών και φαρμακευτικών φυτών της ελληνικής χλωρίδας με έμφαση αυτών της περιοχής των Τζουμέρκων. Ακόμη, να γνωρίσουν τον ορθό τρόπο συλλογής αυτών και τις πιέσεις του υφίστανται καθώς και να ενημερωθούν για τις ευεργετικές ιδιότητες της χρήσης αυτών τόσο στη θεραπεία διάφορων παθήσεων στη υγεία ενός ανθρώπου όσο και στη μαγειρική. Όσον αφορά την υλοποίηση και αξιολόγηση του προγράμματος σημειώνεται ότι δόθηκαν ερωτηματολόγια στους εργαζόμενους των Φορέων Διαχείρισης Προστατευόμενων Περιοχών της Περιφέρειας Ηπείρου. Το πρόγραμμα αξιολογήθηκε ιδιαίτερα θετικά ως προς την ορθότητα και ακρίβεια, το βάθος στην ενημέρωση, την ανάπτυξη δεξιοτήτων, τον προσανατολισμό της δράσης, την εκπαιδευτική ορθότητα και τη χρηστικότητα του υλικού, καθώς η μεγάλη πλειοψηφία το έκριναν ως ικανοποιητικό και άριστο. | el |
| heal.abstract | In the mountainous Tzoumerka grow many species of aromatic plants, such as oregano, mountain tea, mint, lemon balm, sage, thyme, laurel and savory. The present assignment seeks to design a comprehensive environemntal program for sustainability at the Management Body of Tzoumerka, Acheloos Valley, Agrafa and Meteora National Park. The program’s topic is: "The aromatic and medicinal plants of Tzoumerka".The duration of the program is ten hours. The objectives of the program are participants to get to know the basic types of aromatic and medicinal plants of the Greek flora with emphasis on those of the area of Tzoumerka. In addition, to know how to properly collect them and the pressures they undergo as well as to be informed about the beneficial properties of their use both in the treatment of various diseases in human health and in cooking. Regarding the implementation and evaluation of the program, it is noted that questionnaires were given to the employees of the Protected Areas Management Bodies of the Region of Epirus. The program was evaluated very positively in terms of fairness and accuracy, depth, emphasis on skills building, action orientation, instructional soundness and usability, as the vast majority considered it satisfactory. | en |
