| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα ερευνητική εργασία έχει ως βασικό σκοπό τον εντοπισμό και τη διερεύ-νηση των επιμορφωτικών αναγκών των εκπαιδευτικών της Διεύθυνσης ΠΕ Ιωαννί-νων σχετικά με την Εκπαίδευση για το Περιβάλλον και την Αειφορία (ΕΠΑ). Ακο-λουθώντας ποσοτική μεθοδολογική προσέγγιση και δειγματοληπτικό ερευνητικό σχε-διασμό επιδιώξαμε με χρήση ερωτηματολογίου να εξετάσουμε αφενός την ύπαρξη επιμορφωτικών αναγκών των εκπαιδευτικών και αφετέρου τους λόγους που τους κι-νητοποιούν για συμμετοχή σε σχετικές επιμορφωτικές δράσεις, καθώς και το επιμορ-φωτικό πλαίσιο που επιθυμούν. Τα δεδομένα που συλλέχθηκαν επεξεργάστηκαν στα-τιστικά με το πρόγραμμα SPSS. Στη συζήτηση επί των αποτελεσμάτων που προέκυ-ψαν έγιναν συγκρίσεις με τον θεωρητικό προβληματισμό που προηγήθηκε και με ευ-ρήματα συναφών ερευνών. Διαπιστώνεται η ύπαρξη πολλών και διαφοροποιημένων επιμορφωτικών αναγκών των εκπαιδευτικών, που αναφέρονται τόσο σε επίπεδο κα-τοχής γνώσεων όσο και σε επίπεδο ικανοτήτων, καθώς παρουσιάζονται συνειδητο-ποιημένοι για την μη ικανοποιητική τους ενημέρωση. Οι προτεραιότητές τους εντοπί-ζονται κυρίως στο θεωρητικό σκέλος και στις διδακτικές τεχνικές της ΕΠΑ. Κύριος μοχλός αναζήτησης επιμόρφωσης αναδεικνύεται η εσωτερική κινητοποίηση με ση-μαντικότερο λόγο συμμετοχής να καταγράφεται η ανάπτυξη νέων παιδαγωγικών γνώσεων και δεξιοτήτων. | el |
| heal.abstract | The main purpose of this paper is to identify and investigate the teachers’ educational needs of the Primary Education Teachers of Ioannina on Environmental Education and Sustainability (CSR). Following a quantitative approach, a sampling research de-sign and a questionnaire, we examined the existence of the educational needs that the teachers have and the reasons that motivate them to participate in relevant educational activities as well as the framework under which they desire to do this activities. Our data was collected from the questionnaire that 158 teachers filled in which was then processed with SPSS. In the discussion of our results we compare our findings with previously relevant studies and the literature of this topic. It is clear that there are many different educational needs, both in terms of knowledge and skills since teach-ers appear to have awareness of their unsatisfactory information on environmental issues and sustainability as well. Their main need is to grow their poor theoretical knowledge and their main concern is to improve the teaching techniques they use of CSR. The main incentive teachers have to boost their education is their need to strengthen their knowledge, with the development of new pedagogical knowledge and skills to be the leading reason they decide to participate in new educational activities. | en |
