| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα έρευνα έχει ως θέμα τις «Επιπλοκές κεντρικών ενδαγγειακών καθετήρων σε ανοσοκατεσταλμένους αιματολογικούς ασθενείς και ο ρόλος του νοσηλευτή». Σκοπός της εργασίας αυτής είναι η διερεύνηση και μελέτη της συχνότητας εμφάνισης επιπλοκών σε ασθενείς με κεντρικό ενδαγγειακό καθετήρα, ο τρόπος πρόληψης και αντιμετώπισης των επιπλοκών αυτών και ο ρόλος των νοσηλευτών στην τοποθέτηση και χρήση ενός ΚΦΚ. Το δείγμα αποτελείται από 66 ασθενείς της Αιματολογικής κλινικής του ΠΓΝΙ στους οποίους τοποθετήθηκε ΚΦΚ σε χρονικό διάστημα δύο ετών. Ως εργαλείο χρησιμοποιήθηκαν οι ιατρικοί φάκελοι των ασθενών αυτών, που περιείχαν κοινωνικό-δημογραφικά στοιχεία, το ιατρικό ιστορικό των ασθενών και διάφορα χαρακτηριστικά της νοσηλείας τους. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας απέδειξαν πως το είδος της νόσου, το φύλο και η ουδετεροπενία, σχετίζονται με την εμφάνιση κάποιας επιπλοκής στους ασθενείς αυτούς. | el |
| heal.abstract | The following research explores the ''complications around the central intravascular catheters at immunosuppressed hematological patients and the nurse's view''. This assignment's purpose is to investigate and study the possible appearance of complications at patients with a central intravascular catheter, ways of preventing and treating these complications accordingly and a nurse's role in the placing and using of a CVC. The sample used consists of 66 patients nursed in the Hematological Clinic of Ioannina's General University Hospital that used a CVC in a period length of two years. The medical files of these patients were in many occasions used as a tool since they include socio-demographic data, each patient's medical history and various characteristics of their time admitted to the hospital unit. The research results clearly prove that the sort of the disease, the sex and the neutropenia are linked with the appearance of possible complications in these patients' cases. | en |
